I was here yesterday while shopping at Tokyo Central. The boba was pretty OK, but the kitties were really cute. I think the store owner missed an opportunity. This place should be called BOBA CATT or BOBA CAT-FE. The pet store side had plenty of variety of treats for doggies too. Oh, you need to make a donation in order to go play with the cats, who are all up for adoption.

All you need is boba and cats. Top recommendations is their Brown sugar milk tea (you can change the milk I did mine with oat) and coffee w/vanilla ice cream. For service, you can order at the counter or kiosk, and they're pretty good at getting your drinks out fast. The inside was on a smaller side but there are a few tables you're able to sit at and enjoy the view of the cats. Not the best study spot, but it gets the job done!Best part was that this boba cafe has a view of a cat room that are available for adoption. Ask the pet supply employee for what you need to do to pet the cats, usually it's buy a can of food.

This place is one of a kind! It was a bit hard to find because it is so small and connected to the pet store. There are a few tables and a view of the kitten room next door. My whole family got Miko's Favorite Sakura slush with Sakura Boba. I think I got mine 25% sweet and it was still too sweet for my preference.

Cute vibe and good selection of drinks! I personally love fruit soda water, and it did not disappoint. The price range for the three drinks were around $15-17 (on the pricier end, but not absurd for tea shops like this). I absolutely loved seeing the cats -- to enter, would have had to buy something to donate from the pet shop (I was running short on time so I didn't get to go in). The turnaround for the drinks was fast and easy; pretty good spot!

The Miko's Favorite Sakura is a peach & lychee flavored sakura tea slush with whipped cream on top. I opted for large with 50% sweetness, sakura boba, & no whip. It came out to $6. I've never tried cherry blossom or cherry blossom flavored food before, so I have nothing to compare it to. That being said, I can't tell if the subtle sweet & floral flavor is from the sakura tea & sakura agar boba or if it's confirmation bias or placebo. The lychee & peach combo is great tho! Super refreshing on a hot day. Whipped cream would have been a nice addition, but I wanted something light-ish today. The drink is honestly alright. I wouldn't go out of my way to get it, but since it's adjacent to some adorable adoptable cats, I want to come back to support what they're doing here. Otherwise, I'd rate this boba shop 3/5. Maybe the Sakura slush just wasn't it for me!There are only 3 (or 4?) two-person tables and the chairs are metal & uncomfortable. But they line the perimeter of the cat room window, so that makes the seating a little less uncomfortable. The cat room is connected to the pet supply store, which is connected to this boba shop. You can't get in unless you donate by purchasing food or treats from the store. It's a really nice hybrid solution to a cat cafe. A couple walked into the cafe and the guy was worried that his allergies might act up, but it didn't because the cats aren't directly connected to the cafe. There's also WiFi.

This location is hidden in the corner of the Tokyo central plaza and shares a space with a pet store. The concept is cute ; you can watch the cats next door while enjoying your boba . The only drawback is the pet store smell. It's a bit off putting so we decided to take our drinks to go. I got the lychee fruit tea which was a bit on the sweet side with 75% sugar. It was a good pick me up before going back to the office . The cashier was pleasant and all our drinks were cold and refreshing .

Quite an interesting place to go to. Many teas to choose from, and also, if you don't want tea, they milkshakes, and you can customize your milkshake with a variety of flavors for 50 cent extra.

Super fun boba shop! Decided to try this new boba place and was pleasantly surprised that it doubles as a pet store/cat cafe. All you need is a small donation (cash or you can buy cat food from the store to donate back to the store) to hang out with the cats for as long as you want! We bought a $3 treat in exchange for some wet food that we could give to the cats. The cat area is well kept and clean. The cats are super friendly and most let us pet them. Great for kids. Boba was awesome too! Great Thai tea. Try the coconut milk with taro, too! Loved the experience at Miko’s Boba Tea. Staff was also very kind. If you don’t want to be near the cats, their area is a separate room from the store and boba shop but you can still see the cats playing through the glass walls. Will be returning!!!

My two favorite things in one place, boba and cats. Super cute boba place. Fun drink options! The cats next door are friendly. It’s located inside a pet supply store. You do have to make a small donation before you go in the cat habitat. It does have a strong smell inside. Other than that it’s a great place to fun place to visit whether you’re getting boba or not
