Placed an order at 11:00 am. They said it would be ready in 15 min. Got here at 11:20 they said they didn’t have my order and I needed to wait because chicken is not ready. I placed 2 separate orders and asked for white meat. They wanted to charge extra for the second one EVEN THOUGH ITS FOR two separate people and two separate transaction's. Brenda the “manager” should really work on her customer service skills

Horrible attention. We had already paid for our food and we sat at a super dirty table, and the waitress told us that that table was already separated when we had more than 20 minutes waiting at that table, the worst thing was the rude and unfriendly treatment, obviously I had to ask the return of payment and withdraw. Horrible attention that is to say that they do not have a bathroom.
