I usually order & things have been ok .. I did a Uber eats order tonight. I asked for my tacos not to be overly crunchy or overly fried well guess what they were overly crunchy and overly fried ..Mom can't eat them that Hard .. then the taquitos we ordered only had about a teaspoon of Supposedly what they call Guacamole on tips the taquitos, & it was stuck on the paper that covers them !!! The last time we ordered taquitos It came with a separate little container of guacamole this time Guacamole came on top of the tips of the taquitos, and most of it was on the paper that covers a taquitos. I was very disappointed in my order altogether today ..I asked for All RED hot salsas And I got red and green and to top it off NO NAPKINS !! Come on No Napkins !! Lol

First time here and had their free chicken tacos from a post I saw on instagram. First impressions: the soft chicken tacos taste good and I really like the green sauce. Not so spicy and has a lemony taste. The red sauce is very spicy. They don’t skimp out on the chicken. I’d come back next time to try their famous burritos. The staff was also very nice.

I given this place a few try's. I ordered Nuevo's Rancheros for the wife and I had fish taco's. The eggs where scrambled and not over easy like they should be, the beans had no flavor to them and taste like paste. The fish taco's felt like rubber and they used lettuce instead of cabbage, their sauce was tarter sauce instead of sour cream. I will never eat there again.

Food is great! Staff is really nice. We live in Rialto and every time we are in West Covina, we always stop by to get something to eat.
Taquitos were very good. Had plenty of meat a guacamole. Definitely one of the best fast food sits in the area.

I've never had any issue with customer service here in the years I've been coming here.But their fries....... I'm a SUCKER for their fries and green salsa!!!Ugh... I can eat that ALL DAY!!And their chips.. Don't get me started...My only gripe is their chili cheese fries. The chili fries tasted like red enchilada sauce with ground beef.Not bad.. But not exactly "chili" for fries.They should've been called Enchilada fries. But eh. Not bad.
