Okay so ive only tried the wings on Wing Wensday when their 1$ a Peice and they were actually pretty good the sauce choices are really good i recommend the Thai Chilli its Sweet with a little kick but sadly lets get to the downside of things on my first vist.. So i ordered over the phone 30 minutes before my Lunch the lady on the phone told me it will be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes after i called and when i got their the line was short but it took about 3 minutes to even get to the next person in line so after waiting 10 minutes to get to the front i had thought my food would've been ready by now but when im about to pay the other lady tossing the wings and cooking them i presume told me if it was okay to wait another 10 minutes that was crazy but i was already waiting this long if i go anywhere else ill barely have time to eat my food. So i waited and after 1 Hour since i placed the call i finally got the food. I will definitely not be going here on my break ever again i wanted to make this a regular spot since i work about 5 minutes away but yea thats not going to happen sadly.

Had a variety of food from this place, from the chicken sandwiches, to the tenders, to the wings. I highly recommend this spot if you're craving some spicy chicken. The fries are yummy as they're seasoned and their food is actually spicy. When they say their stuff is extra hot, they mean it. Definitely get mild if you're unprepared for food that actually bites back. The wings are delicious and the prices can't be beat. Definitely the best chicken joint in town for the prices they're charging. The food is high quality and you won't be dissapointed. They do charge for extra sauces though, but it's not unreasonable.Parking: Parking can be tough, as it's right by Dollar Tree and Nogales burgers, another popular place right next door.

The girl at the counter with a septum piercing assumed we didn’t speak Spanish and was rude saying “here come 3 more people who won’t tip”. My friend tried to order wings and she said they’re out of wings. Then I found out after ordering they charge an additional 75¢ for card transactions. There are only 3 tables and each of them was disgusting and the food took forever to come out. It was insanely flavorless and not spicy at all. Expensive, tasteless and disgusting with rude staff 0/10

The flavors are really good and the food is cooked to order. Sometimes they only have one guy working there but he does well. The atmosphere I rated lower because it is mostly empty there.

Instagram definitely fooled us. Food took 30 mins to come out and ended up with soggy and drenched fries and mediocre chicken. Not even near enough sauce on the wings as well. Definitely not worth the price as it’s pretty expensive.

Understaffed, but nice service & have a dedicated worker working 12/23/23 @2pm. I always order the Richie Rich Fries which is sharable for 2-4 people it's my bf and I's Go-To. We usually have to wait about 15 min slower days today 40min... but worth waiting for me, order ahead! Food was DELICIOUS always, i would definitely recommend!(:

Stopped in tonight and had a little bit of everything from the wings to the loaded fries to a sandwich. Everything was tasty, even with the spicy level hot. I left feeling full and can't wait to go back with friends. I first tried this food when they were in Whittier. The food was good then, but they have improved and thensome! Go treat yourself

Favorite item on the menu: Richie Rich Fries. Idk if its worth 17 dollars, but its not bad. Very generous on fries but not the sauce. Makes me wonder if the pack it with fries and not the main ingredients.Service sucks. For the handful of times Ive been there, no one was there but my order took forever. The most recent time I called in and they mentioned 15 minutes. I got there and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Ladies at the front seem to be into their conversation than making sure my phone order was ready. Ambiance is not that great for me. Definitely a place where I would just pick up food and eat at home.

I pulled into this parking lot for KFC but wasn't fully committed to that lunch choice. I saw the words "Hot Chicken" across the strip mall lot so walked that way to fulfill my curiosity. Upon arriving, I spotted a competing fast chicken location primarily featuring sandwiches and fries on the main menu but also some chicken wings on an auxiliary menu and a wing special in the window. Plus, dollar wings for Wing Wednesday but alas, nothing for this Tuesday afternoon. Difficult to pass up wings even though my wife says not to eat them frequently. She wasn't with me this moment. I ordered a dozen wings which came with fries, carrots and a drink. I also could pick flavors so chose mild buffalo and honey barbecue. This was way too much food but when in Rome eat wings and fries apparently. I hear chicken wings aren't healthy but beef isn't either and you can't eat salad every meal or most. Dove into the food and it was good. Wings were the highlight. Fries were too seasoned for my taste but still enjoyed them. After ripping through the wings, finishing the carrots and nibbling on the fries, I succumbed to my appetite and was full. I threw out quite a bit of fries and ate too many wings. A regret is that only two wings were drumsticks and the other 10 were wings if that makes sense. There's a counter here and four small tables. There are decals of chickens and chicken food items on the wall. The guy working there was super friendly. Because there was a translucent barricade, I couldn't tell if anyone else was back there. All in all, not a bad meal. I felt like I needed a bath or shower after all that food and stickiness. I went thrift a few handfuls of napkins which were conveniently on the table in a napkin holder. If I had another complaint, there's nothing for vegetarians. At another wing place, there's salad, zucchini sticks and mozzarella sticks. I'll be back to try the sandwiches and cole slaw.

I love Richie's. Although sometimes I pay for extra sauce and it's not in the bag, my food is always great. There is long waits but I will always wait. It's a toxic relationship that I can't get away from
