This is my favorite pizza, I love coming here and having the supreme pizza and pep. It's so authentic to its flavor and it's a quick grab. I can eat this pizza everyday.

There was 3 worker in the front and none of them ask me if i need anything they just kept there backs turn totally ignoring customers and paying no mind to them this really say a-lot about the work ethic of these employees and reason why your food sits out so long before being disposed i find this experience horrible and lacking

I'm from New York originally, and their Sbarro was 10 times better than this stuff. It tasted like somebody dumped whole bag of salt on it.

One star just to be able to review. We ordered to go large pizza, half sausage half supremo. Was excited to eat and when we got home and opened the pizza we thought it was a joke. Peppers looked like they're limited like one strip in each slice, even the olives, onions and most of the toppings are limited like are you guys cost cutting? Not worth the price we paid (around $27 including a bottle of gatorade) . If they're under staffed or if prices are high they're supposed to still at least stick to their standards.
Good food, fast service , but they need to work on their customer service. Seems like it bothered them that I even showed up lol.

They seriously need to work on their customer service and train these kids better. Their attitudes are so bad. They don't even care if you see them roll their eyes. Specifically the two younger ones. A guy and girl. I asked the pepperoni and sausage pizza, the thicker one, and when eating it it just wasn't cooked all the way. It was still too soft, very squishy and I wanted to gag. The bread was not fully cooked. I asked to exchange it for a pasta instead. The younger boy with earrings and a chain rolled his eyes, told one of the older staff, they said they could give me a a new pizza. I explained that I wasn't going to eat the same pizza again when the issue was the pizza isn't cooked. I wanted a pasta. He said because of the price difference he couldn't do a pasta. So I said fine give me the regular pepperoni the thinner one. (So pretty much I lost money, because the first pizza was more expensive). The girl that was behind the counter was Giving looks to the boy that had assisted me and he just shook his head. They both were staring at me. Someone needs to teach them customer service. This isn't the first bad experience I had here either with these two. I work in the mall. Another incident a few weeks ago was with a customer in front of me, an older man that kept asking questions, couldn't hear good, wasn't understanding what they were saying and the Boy was so rude to him. They must not have training at this place.

Just had without a doubt one of the worst meals I've ever had when it comes to "Italian" Food. I got two slices of pizza and they were absolutely horrendous. Hard crust, nasty sauce, and overall, a mistake eating here. I ended up getting sick too. I hadn't been here in so long and was looking forward to it. Disappointing.

So my food came out cold, the first bite my cheese looked like it wasn't melted. I went back to let them know and she took the food I ate to reheat it where they warm up everybody else's BRAND NEW food. I do not think they are allowed to do that because of the pandemic. that is cross contamination with the food I ate and NEW food going in. the customer service is horrible here, they are not friendly here at all. she was a bigger older lady who helped me out and I can see it bugged her but my food was cold. I just want my calzone heated properly!
