As a former customer service manager for a Fortune500 company, I always pay attention to servive.I was Very Impressed with this Sizzler!!Wow! Great service!Everyone is friendly & attentive, from the cashiers, to the servers, to the busboy & the manager. They WORK!! :)I was impressed with the manager Aileen. She was making her rounds happily greeting the customers.She stopped by our table & we had a delightful conversation. She is sweet & super friendly. She takes such pride in managing her restaurant that she was sweeping the floors to make sure it was clean for the customers.She even gave my mother & I a beautiful hug when we left & said, "God Bless."I LOVE THIS SIZZLER ♡Vegetarian options: Salad bar for vegetarians.

#whathappenedtothisplace?*4/16/2023* They must be having a problem with qualified staffing, we went for dinner & the cashier (Diane) refused to make a substitution that they've done before, I asked for Malibu chicken instead of steak which is significantly cheaper after I spoke to the manager it was fine. As my spouse was telling me what she wanted the cashier rudely interrupted us. Overstep your boundaries much Diane? Our server was also less than helpful. This is not the norm here & I hope next time we go back the employee customer service issues are resolved. ****We went back a few weeks later, same issues, same employees that happen to practice all the "Isms" as in "Colorism". (Look up the definition). I am so sorry for your poor understanding of good and fair customer service and lack there of, Respectfully.
