Had a great experience today at Starbucks with a barista Jackie she was so kind and sweet gave me tons of spent coffee grounds for my garden thank you so much Jackie and keep up the good work you're a great customer service and smile makes it a real pleasure to come to that

Starting to really short people on their drinks. Happens now everytime I order, at every different location. You'd think the outrageous price we pay for our drinks would be enough to get a full amount.Photo is of a Cafe latte, with apparently 'no foam' as requested.This is a blatant rip off of customers

When it comes to being good Samaritans these people who work here are not. I was stranded trying to get home my phone's battery had just gave out on me. I had cash for an Uber but nobody could help me the thing that made me mad was one girl finally said she would help cause her shift was about to end i was like "God bless you" i was finally about to go home and she comes out with her coworker I asked if she was going to help me still and she's like "nope!" Like what a snob people like that shouldnt be working in customer service

I ordered 2 medicine ball teas and both were horrible! If they didn't have the ingredients they shouls have said so. They literally were water with two tea bags. I am so disappointed.

Located on the corner of S. Vincent Ave and West Covina Pkwy in a small shopping center with drive-thru and limited parking, very close to the West Covina mall.I stopped by this afternoon at about 2:45 PM and the drive-thru barista was amazing! (I believe she said her name was Iris at the speaker). She was very welcoming and happy to take my order. I asked for an 'Iced White Chocolate Mocha with no Whip', and she suggested trying it with 'Vanilla Foam' instead, so I tried it. She was right, it tasted so good! Service was fast, I was literally in and out of their drive-thru.Overall, I had a great experience at this location.

I'm not sure why there's such bad reviews here.. but I had a pretty good experience. There's just one person ahead of me. Within 5 minutes of ordering on app, they had my drinks ready. Idk if it's perfect, but they're sure tasty! Better than some other starbucks I been to with the same drinks. The space is clean. Sadly no chairs or restrooms so that's minus one star.
Worse customer service, two employees from this Starbucks were very rude. They left me waiting for 30 mins, I had to ask multiple times if my order was ready. And the whole time It was sitting on the counter. This is the second time I’ve been here and had a very bad experience. I wish I got their names of the girl and guy that I asked if my order was ready. because they should honestly get fired, they’re so miserable working there that they take it out on their customers and is just not fair for us. We also have a long day at work not just them.

idk why people say they baristas here are bad they’re like one of the nicest people you’ll probably ever meet, they have great food quality and the baristas are super patient. the only think bad i have to say is that there are no restrooms and nowhere to sit. that’s ab it?

HORRIBLE !!!!!! SUCH RUDE EMPLOYEES!! I have came here multiple times and have NEVERRR received this treatment... until now! An employee named NICK yelled at us to remember our drinks and save time for everybody, was so rude! everybody else just stared and made me feel so uncomfortable!! looked like a whole new staff! unpleasant !!! unacceptable !!! next time nick should realize rather or not my drink was remade that it won't let him leave work any earlier! RIDICULOUS!!
