Came here for lunch and was helped by Alexandra. She's very rude and made my sandwich soo sloppy. Alot of the veggies were out and when I asked her for the veggies she said very rude they didn't have any. In other words they're to lazy to cut them and refill the canister.

Don't come to this subway. I am the first customer in line but it takes them about 10 minutes to take my order because they were filling online orders. There is only one employee working. There is a huge line by the time I'm leaving and still only 1 employee. The person I'm guessing is the owner, pretends to help by taking out the bread when it's finished and sometimes charging customers. The owners have to either higher another worker or learn how to make a sandwich.

The girl that is working there is extremely incompetent and can't read. The order we placed online was completely wrong and the order was for someone who has food allergies. There was no one in the store and no other order. But it took 20 minutes. I get that it's a low paying job with low standards. But they should at least be able to read.

Ordered on the app. Showed up, door was locked and no one was there and the light were off. Waiting about 15 minutes and no one ever came. Noticed on the app that the order was stuck in initiation. They later then completed the order and I got charged. They do not answer the phone in regards to a refund. So they literally just stole my money.

I entered the location, said, "Hi, how are?" to one of the young lady's working behind the counter. Thinking that perhaps this employee did not hear me, I repeated, Hi, how are you doing?". Once again, crickets. After 3-4 minutes, a second young female employee appeared from the rear of the location and stood facing my family and I. No "hello", no "can I help you". To break the uncomfortable vibe, I finally had to ask, "Can I order please?". My family and I were the only customers in the location at the time. As we ordered, a few items were out of stock so we had to wait until this young lady went to the storage room to grab a few bags of lettuce and avocados that she simply could not use as the avocado was not ripeSeveral flavors of chips were out of stock. The young lady that assisted us was pleasant and did her best while the first one is what earned this visit a two-star review

1) This place does not accept coupons. 2) I think they leave their meats out for way to long because I got a couple of subs from here and every time after eating it I get some form of stomachache / diarrhea. I have no issues when I order from the other subways. Thus, I have not come back since.

Walked into the door and I just can feel that this place s@ucks!!Well, instincts was right. Ordered a meatball 12 inch sandwich WITH TWO OPEN ENDS!!! I picked up the sandwich and ALL THE MEATBALLS + VEGGIES FELL OUT!!!This should be a soup shop!!! Not sandwich shop with a bad attitude!!!

You order a sandwich online. You pay for the sandwich online. You go to pick it up. They tell you the ticket printed but they're gonna serve the two customers behind you before they make your sandwich. Make it make sense.

Do not come here. We were in there for half an hour waiting for 2 people in front of us. They took forever. The vegetables were a health hazard they all had frostbite and random containers were all closed. The lady Josephine made a mistake and didn't not apologize or offer a discount or even try to fix it at all but INSTEAD gossiped about us to her coworker in front of our faces ! Like we were the issue. The whole atmosphere was so horrible and so we're the employees. Customer service was just slow not helpful and rude, not satisfied at all.

In the area and couldn’t decide on an Italian sub or a carne asada burrito clearly, I went with the latter. I honestly didn’t expect the inside to look the way it did. It could look foreign to some but, growing up in the valley and having tons of Hispanic friend’s, places like these are hidden gems. They probably offer the best salsa, margaritas and miches! Walking in I was greeting by the friendly staff… ordered carne asada burrito $9.50, 1 pastor taco $2.50 and 1 lengua taco $3. I was glad the tacos came with lime because I love adding a spritzz to my burrito. The pastor had lots of flavor but, there was a seasoning in it I couldn’t identify, cinnamon? The lengua was opposite, I could’ve done without. With the added $1 charge to use your card, I decided to remove a star. Nonetheless, if you’re around the area... worth the stop.
