Best pan de sal in our area. Veggie fried lumpia and leche flan are excellent too. I wish they open at 8am.

The girl in the front doesn't have good customer service , I'm not yet starting ordering already asking me not to pay big bills coz she doesn't have any change for it , then I did asked if she can combine on one discount or the card that they put the stamp coz evey time I go there they give me new card and she told me NO just used every card like 3 cards , I asked her politely if they can just combine it in one card and she didn't answer me and just told me just use all the card and u can use it in the future ..hehehehhe .. I love there pandesal but they should train there staff on how to have a good customer service..thank u ..

I love their hot pandesal. My wife bought hopia baboy yesterday and found myself chewing on a light brownish colored piece of paper

I love this bakery's pandesal !!! It reminds me of the ones baked in the Philippines. So big and fluffy!!! It comes in a bag of 10. It's always hot and it smells so good that usually we have to eat a few while we're walking around the Island Pacific grocery where it's located. I come here once a week for my pandesal-fix. The best pandesal around! So if you're in the West Covina area, get your hot pandesal from Tastee. It's inside the Island Pacific Supermarket located on the corner of Azusa/Amar. They also have other goodies in the display cases but I only ever have my eyes on the pandesal .

COVID19 WARNING!!!!! Cashier is wearing gloves. However, she is touching cash, credit cards and at the same time bagging pandesal without changing gloves. I happened to be behind an old man who bought 6 dozens of pandesal and a whole lot more of other stuff. Well, old man didn't have a cart and so pandesal bag started falling from the counter. 4 pandesal came out of the bag. He picked them up from the dirty floor & placed them next to the cashier machine. The cashier grabbed them with her gloves on and threw them to the trash. Guesss what! She resumed serving him without changing gloves. When it's my turn, I asked her to changed gloves because she touched the pandesal from the floor. Well, she got offended and had the other lady serve me. A lady who does not wear gloves. Then, here comes the baker with a rack full of pandesal. The baker had his mask on his neck. I've been to this place lots of times before COVID19 because I love their pandesal but if I am put at risk to get infected, I will no longer buy from this place. We now have responsibilities to protect each other and this place does not give a damn.

Good place to get the best hot pandesal bread around West Covina area. There are some other pastries that are good as well but I can't quite remember what it's called.

Visiting from out of state and was recommended to come to this place for the best Filipino baked goods. I'm glad I did, because this place is amazing. From the infamous pandesal, to the empanadas, you can't go wrong. Everything is exceptional. Definitely best Filipino bakery is SoCal. Will make it a point to visit every time I'm in the area.
