The vibe and entertainment is great, complete with a live band on some nights and disco lights, as well as the food tasting great but the women's bathrooms was just atrocious. It was messy, the floor was sticky, and absolutely no maintenance or cleaning looked like was done on it for the duration of the day. Only one stall was working out of three and that stall had no toilet paper despite us telling the staff countless times.

Food was okay but the size makes up for all the ordinary taste of food samplers and entrees they served our table. Atmosphere was great because they have live band, dances, and allow children presence there which I totally love being a parent of a little child. I could not give more than 1 star review for the experience I had with all of their servers though. The servers have attitude of not giving a s@#t of you as customers. Showed up once when we seated and took our orders. Other than that, nobody came to ask how we doing or even bother to fulfill extra orders we had make. So as a paying costumer I definitely am disappointed with the careless attitude from all of their servers. I had to chase them to remind them for the extra orders we made, even then it wasn't placed. So I didn't even bother waiting to see if our party will get the extra beers and sisig we ordered. Even asking for our bill was so hard to ask as I have to repeat myself three times to three different servers about it. I gave them tips of 20 percent still because we do have 8 people on our party. I spent hundreds of dollars tonight, but the service we get was disappointing and a lack of better words, awful. It will be difficult to convince myself to come back or recommend people olin my circle to come visit this place. The live performance is the only thing i would say worth the visit.

Service sucks here. We waited almost an hour for our food to come to the table. They serve the food individually. By the time we were done with one dish, they bring another dish to the table. It seems like there is only one chef and one serve. Don’t come here if you are hungry because you will be waiting for an hour and half for your food to come.

It was absolutely a flop! The service was disappointing! They served the food one after the other and given our plates on the second food served.with soup served, the bowl came after several mins. They accommodated 2 bday parties plus some other people to dine in but they didn't have enough people to serve well. The food was just ok, much expensive now with little servings. I was so proud to bring my friends to have good food and music for the night but I was disgusted. I will never come back here.

Went for a party today. No staff was attentive of the empty trays but I am watching a staff member eating at the bar the food from the party I wouldn't recommend this place for a funeral let alone a party

Good entertainment, good service. Place just gets really crowded so be prepared for that.

Food is really good but the price point is not so good. We had crispy pata, pinakbet and kare kare one saturday at lunch when the place was empty aside from 2 other diners. The bill came to $106. On top of that they cannot take credit card payments because of a snafu. They wanted zelle but I was able to pay by venmo by using the owner's son's account. I know I won't be back.

My family and I arrived at 12:30p so this place has already been opened for an hour. Went inside and no one in sight, including any employees. No greeters. We were kind of clueless with what to do. My husband said "Hello!" twice and no one came out. We heard Filipino news in the background playing in the kitchen area. No one came out so we just left. We waited for about 5 minutes for ANYONE to show up before leaving. Horrible. Food here has never disappointed us. It's the service.

Soda can cost $10 plus he asked for $1 tip. I thought that’s so ridiculously too much for a can of coke.Entertainment is the worst, the band can’t sing. There’s a lot of Filipino is as good or better than this place.

Wanted to try something new and took my parents to Noypitz in west covina. Boy let me tell you.... that was a mistake! We walk in, and first of all, the place is empty with maybe 1 table of friends? Never a good sign - we should've known. So we wanted to take a look at the menu.... there's no menu to be found. The lady in front tells us "no menus" you have to scan the QR code in front. Ok... that's weird. Like I understand trying to be all up with the tech times but at least have one printed menu, or menu board for people that don't want to look at the menu on a small phone. Also, what if they don't get good service in your restaurant and the menu won't load? And on top of it, the server took our order on a small piece or paper.... so it's not really the tech thing. I'm not sure what it is. Food- We order our food and get the usual suspects for filipino food...adobo, sinigang. You can judge a new restaurant you're trying out by ordering the usual. The food was very bland and the adobo was super oily. The sinigang (which is supposed to be soupy) lacked soup and we asked for more liquid and they mentioned we'd have to order a whole new soup just to get more of the liquid.Service- All throughout our meal, there was a group of employees/friends that were chatting it up in the corner and we never were asked how our meal was, you know, "basic service 101". It seemed like the ones who were catered to and got attention paid to them were friends of the owners/workers. We did not get a friendly vibe from the server at all, especially after seeing how friendly she was being with the friend (or whatever) table.Looks like they have a VIP section for maybe a club setting at night- also they also have a stage for performances? I don't know. All in all, if you are looking for a place with good food for lunch with good service and ambiance - this is NOT it! For sure, we will not be back.

My mom really wanted to have dinner here so she made a reservation for 8:00PM. She was looking forward to have good Filipino food while watching a live band since we don't have many places like this back home in the Bay Area. Once we arrived, we we're unfortunately seated at the one table hidden behind a wall so we had obstructed view of the stage. We let it slide since we didn't request for a specific table. We placed our order around 8:15. The place was super busy and the vibe was kind of like we were crashing someone's family party that we weren't invited to. All the people seemed to already know each other. After waiting over an hour, a server came by and plopped our first dish (sinigang) on the table without speaking then scurrying off. No "thank you for waiting" or "sorry for the wait". No rice to eat with the sinigang. After another 30 minutes we got some of our other food (fish balls, rice, kaldereta) but we were still missing 2 items. After another 15 minutes, they finally checked in on us and asked if everything was ok. We followed up on our missing 2 items. After another 10 minutes we were then told "We are working on the lechon kawali but ran out of kinilaw na tuna. Is that ok?". 1) I don't know why they waited so long to tell us they ran out of something we ordered an hour and a half ago. 2) Why not give us any compensation for any of the bad service and long wait?I understand the place was packed and I wasn't expecting super fast service, but an hour and a half for the first item to come out and with no apology or checking in on us? Kinda seems like either they're understaffed or aren't well trained. Would've been less annoyed if they just communicated with us. Over all, giving 1 star since the quality of food was not bad but the service and wait was definitely not worth it. Don't come here if you're starving on a Friday night.

Chef John is so hospitable by arranging our booking. All staff are so friendly. The ambiance is not much crowded as the usual weekends. Chicharon Bulaklak reminds me of my father.
