The West Covina location was one of the good ones but now, it's just bad. I went in because the pastrami is so good. However, this will be my last time. The lady was gross. There were orders placed everywhere. The counters were messy. She actually picked up the pastrami with her hands even though the tongs were right there. Even when she handed me my order after 20 minutes, the bag was greasy. The drink fountain was sticky and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for days or maybe weeks. As I was leaving a guy was coming in with an armful of bread. My sandwich was disgusting. I asked for extra mayo, nope didn't get that. All the veggies were scarce. The pastrami was so greasy, it made me feel sick. Just no. There are local mom and pop sandwich shops near this location and it looks like they'll be getting my business from now on. I'm guessing these are the new owners. Sad. The old owners and the old staff was great. Two thumbs down.

I haven't been here in a year or less, but the sandwiches at this location WERE great... I stopped by today, and the lady at the front had a bad attitude. The sandwiches were not good at all. All through my sandwich were banana pepper stems and the little actual banana peppers their was without stem were so stale. I am wondering if they are under new management? I will not be going back... Save your money, and go elsewhere.

Nasty nasty attitude in this place. Lady running it is as rude as possible. Bad sandwiches too. Togo’s is typically awesome, but this specific store defies the norm. Do better, because right now you suck.And to make customers sit in silence while you make sandwiches is beyond lame. Pump some tunes so I don’t have to sit and listen to nothing but the fan in the fridge.

The sandwiches at this location specifically have been getting bad. I ordered a turkey and cranberry and there is absolutely no cranberry. But I've had issues like this before at this location. It is mainly the lady that works there though who doesn't make the sandwiches correctly. When it was their employees it would be fine. But the lady just never makes it right.
Just know the lady who works at this ToGo's and is getting these bad reviews (and pictures posted) lives up to the hype! She is so rude! And the sandwiches at this location are the worst I've had. I used to love this sandwich spot but subway is looking better now.

If I could give it zero starts I would, I came in craving to gos I haven't had it in years and even decided to give it a try even though I wanted Panera or subway... I walk in I don't get a hi how's your day and this old lady was just soooooo rude dirty place !! Sandwich was so horrible I got out and threw it away after a bite and went to Panera and paid 30 bucks for food but totally worth it ! Doooooo not waste your time here plz it's dirty rude and you don't even get a bye have a good day gosh haven't experienced this horrible service in some time

My boyfriend and I love Togo's and the one we used to go to closed so we've been going to this one now. But every time I go it just gets worse. The older woman who's always making my food NEVER washes her hands, and when she acts like she does she doesn't even put soap on her hands and just rinses her hands. She never puts her mask over her nose and today she had it under her chin like lady cmon. But this just makes me realize how disgusting they keep this place up if these are their standards during covid.
