I didn't mind they open at 11am on the day I came, but Stephanie had to turn me away 2x since she claimed their clock is off, but really, she was unprepared. It doesn't end there. She claimed my debit card was declined only to found out it was working fine at the other store. I should've asked for her to try again but I made the mistake of trusting her judgement despite what I've been through. She ended up making me the worst possible cinnamon pretzel I've ever had. I didn't think you can go wrong w/one but she made it happen somehow. Triple-tap bad experience in the same day. Thanks, girl.

I love wetzels but this one is by far one of the worst I've been to. The pretzels are not fresh, over cooked, stale & even burnt in some areas. They leave them out and don't have fresh ones available. Lemonade is okay. Customer service, they're usually around or in the back. Would love to leave a better review but the pretzels aren't great like usual when I go to other wetzels.

I love their free samples. I do my exercise on the mall and when my hypoglycemia kicks in it is this place every time saves me from being hospitalized. For this I give them five stars. Thanks for saving my life!!!!!.

Their pretzels seem so dry every time I order it. It doesn't taste like it's soft like it used to be when they first opened.
It's a good place they have bomb pretzels I especially like the cinnamon pretzel it's inside the Walmart go check it out
I highly recommend this restaurant. I really like their Pepperoni pizza pretzels and their Pretzel bun hot dogs. They are simply delicious.
The food taste like it sat there all day.
The girl who helped me here was super sweet and attentive. And the original salted pretzel was great!! I'm definitely coming here again.
They didn't have cin-a-bitz and said they couldn't make more. I was disappointed because I was craving it. I will visit another location.
