Wife came back with a peanut butter protein mood smoothie for me and it's literally a cup of crushed ice, and from what I understand the person working behind the counter, really didn't want to be there. Thank goodness so many other options to pick from. Family of three will take our business else ware

OMG!!! Took me a while to look for this place because they moved across the street. Btw the fruits were very fresh. My favorite is the coco whip with granola, banana, strawberry, and honey. And the green juice goes great with a warm waffle. My favorite place and always.

This location is new and I have visited once a week since it opened. Addicted? Probably :) The staff here are young, friendly and always pleasant. The store is clean and organised and open during times that I have that craving. Will be back for sure - especially since I downloaded the Jamba app and get rewards!

The Jewish dude who took my order was really nice and friendly. I even took my friend there again later on the same day so she can get something and her drink was delicious, mine was okay, but I still liked it. I'll definitely give it another try.

We were helped by a great guy, Sian, who was really customer service oriented. He was new to the store. The manager was a guy named Jordan who was loudly verbally trying to humiliate Sian and make fun of him in front of customers for being new. It was a real bummer.

I had a negative experience at this location on 7/29/23 at noon. After placing my order I asked the male worker named Adrian if I could use their bathroom and he pointed me in the right direction. When I went to wash my hands I discovered there was no running water. I walked out with soap on my hands. I informed the female employee and she said "thanks for letting me know" in a tone that made it obvious that they were aware. She didn't know my sister was also in the store facing her direction. My sister let me know that when I turned she had mocked me in a bad attitude. The worst part was when she asked the male employee to smell the blender she was making drinks in and he proceeded to stick his face in it and they continued making drinks. I was disgusted. This was just overall really bad. If you don't want to work in customer service, then don't. Especially if you can't treat your patrons with simple common decency. I threw both the items I ordered in the trash. I'll be an Ubatuba customer from here forward.

Almost everything on their menu has banana as a main ingredient, but they almost never have banana in stock and ask you if you want to sub the banana with something else! It’s happened like 4 times in the last 2 months. Not going back ..

Honestly great service here!! Jordan is such a great coworker and very helpful to my daughter with her smoothies. Place is very cleaned and great/fast service! Appreciate the work Jordan will be coming back again.
