Joe, what is your issue with the sanitation with this store. For one, never fails but i find a roach roaming around at least a couples times when I get lunch from here. Second of all, for over a year when I visit the store the glass window was cracked for the longest time. The A/C is either too cold or too hot. The only good thing here is the customer service especially when I go at night. They are always so friendly and make the sandwiches the way I like it. Overall, the store is not nearly up to standards from all the other Jersey Mikes I go to.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt by returning a few times after I noticed that they’ve greatly reduced the size of the sandwiches. The meat is now three think slices as opposed to the generous mountains they used to give. What used to be a large handful of lettuce is now 1/4 of that. 3 circles of onion and they always ask if I’d like the bacon and avocado when I order a sandwich which is specifically that sandwich because it has bacon and avocado. It’s like asking if you’d like the tuna fish when you order a tuna fish sandwich. The old guy is clearly the owner of this location and cuts every corner he can to lower the value of the sandwich. I’m through. It’s too bad. It used to be a good place to eat.

The meat is now three think slices as opposed to the generous mountains they used to give. I am truly impressed with the above, and beyond assistance I received from the manager Ana. I felt like I was in a Honda commercial. I received the best service I have ever received in life for a discrepancy that was beyond the store control because of a third-party delivery company. Ana was extremely attentive and caring and answering my call after business hours and following through completely making good on every promise made to me to rectify my situation. I appreciate the over-the-top professionalism and quality of service. That is so hard to come by these days. Thank you Ana for delivering the best service I have received in over 20 years.

Walked in this location and the three broads working there didn't acknowledge me whatsoever, (2 latinas, 1 black) they looked at me after but didn't asked what I wanted, just glimpsed at me, they seriously looked like they were kidnapped and forced to be there but nope, other people (white) walked in and they all got cheery with big smiles on their faces and kissing their butts, all asking them at the same time what they wanted hmm, I'm latina so this doesn't surprise me but when minorities pull this kind of crap just makes them look like straight out potatoes and Oreos! No honeys, you will not get a wonderful tip from them by acting this way, and I still left a tip, ugh!

I ordered a club supreme sandwich but was given a different sandwich with ham (which I cant eat) and I didnt notice until I got home and opened it up. I emailed Jerseys Mikes. They replied that corporate would have to email the actual store to get this resolved. After 2 weeks I didnt hear back so I called the store direct. The manager said its been too long and he wont give me a refund. Customer service doesnt exist at Jersey Mikes...Should have been a simple fix .

The West Hills franchisee sucks. They charged me $7.50 for Avacado for 3 sand, but did not include the Avacado in the sandwiches. In trying to the store their phone number did not work or it was never answered. Never again!

Twice we ordered a Philly chicken sub and each time we got a steak sub. The first time they were apologetic and offered to mail free gift cards which were never sent. The second time the manager was argumentative, rude and disrespectful with no idea how to talk to a customer . Second rate operation. Go to the store on Vanowen.

I need to stop ordering on-line at this location. They do NOT follow the notes or special instructions or anything on the on-line order and seem to always get the order wrong. Today was no exception. I unchecked the boxes for condiments and asked in special notes/instructions for them to be on the side as the sandwich was for someone I am picking up at the airport. That way the sandwich didn't get soggy. And sure enough - they put it on the bread. The guy said....I can make it over, but didn't bother since I needed to get on the road to get to the airport. NO more tips for Jersey Mike's anywhere upon ordering. I will bring cash and IF the order is made correctly (obviously not at this location since I won't be going back), I will give a tip then. So disappointing.

They made my order wrong and they put half the amount of meat. I normally get. They think people are stupid. I paid Almost $20 for a sandwich that was mainly bread. I guess this is one place I’ll never come again. I told the manager and he just gave me a song and dance. No one likes being taken advantage of. Plenty of other places to go eat. This will not be one of them from now on.
