Absolutely horrible, waited over an hour for our meal with a blonde server telling us the food would come out. They lost the ticket and overall it just seemed like a mess as tables and tables were attended around us; horrid experience, was better off just getting a damn donut

The food is pretty good, I just don't really know what they're focusing on here food-wise with their multiple seemingly unrelated menus. And their prices seem a tad high for the atmosphere and level of service. They feel like a counter-service shop but price it like a full service nicer restaurant.

We regularly go to the Sherman Oaks and the now defunct Agoura location. Since the West Hills location is closer, we gave it a try. This location is NOTHING like the others. Menu is only a fraction of other locations as they have a number of other items instead of the full Jinky's menu. This is more of a order at the counter and sit down than service at your table. The service is slow and honestly dependent on if you are friends with the owner or people working there. Overall, the most insulting thing was we ordered water with our brunch and the owner insisted we had to pay for tap water! We have tried this place twice and will never go back. Proceed with caution and temper your expectations.

I had a pancake 2+2+2 combo with eggs and choice of 3 kinds sausages or bacon including a REAL NATURAL MAPLE SYRUP option. It’s so hard to find places that serve real maple syrup with their pancakes and waffles. Though, they specialize in pancakes,IHOP next door, does not serve real maple syrup. Skip IHOP and go around the other side of the IHOP building where Jinky’s will serve you a better breakfast. It’s the best breakfast for 20 miles.

Fast service and great food. It's quiet inside with lots of parking. It was slow when I was there but everything came out great

If you've gone to the Jinkys on Ventura in studio city and love it, DON'T come here. It's mediocre at best. We ordered "Thai iced teas" and they just tasted like milk. And for $7?! Pass. The food was meh. The only good thing we're the fries.

Pretty basic breakfast spot, but I haven't been back outside of my one time visit. I wasn't impressed with the food. I ordered the chilaquiles & when asked how I wanted the eggs, I said chef's choice for what is best. My eggs were scrambled well done (brown) on the underside. The chips absolutely ripped my gums open. No culinary creativity was really happening on that plate aside from the cilantro which I love. My friend enjoyed her Chili omelette - it didn't look appetizing to me, but she had no notes. We had to move tables because the man who chose to sit directly next to us decided everyone needed to hear the videos he was watching on his phone without headphones. We ended up sitting next to a dad & his kids who were better behaved than some of the adults in the room. I asked for creamer for the coffee (which was meh) - we waited until we got our food to get it, so I had cold coffee with my meal. It's very much order at the desk, sit down & you're on your own with the expectation of tips to bring you the plate. Not the most attentive service, quality or flavors for the PRICE POINT that's for sure.
