kid took forever to make all the drinks wrong. Its like he didnt care what we ordered. it took so long it wasnt worth the effort to go back. ill never use this location again.

I asked for a small coffee today I've been coming to Starbucks at Ralph for the last year There is a new girl by the name of Marie She keep insisted that I want a medium and it's $3.25 for the medium I get the medium I get it but I wanted a small and that's 295She kept arguing with me and not listening to the clients And telling me that is 325 So she's showing me the cup and I said no I want a small one with milk Is regular milk They messed up my order they put the milk in the coffee I told him to put the milk on The Side This girl Marie should not work there as an employee she doesn't know how to treat clients she's very unprofessional she's outburst she's angry frustrated an impatient I've been coming to Ralph over 30 years I live in Is Calabasas I like this Ralph Someone should talk to this girl Marie and look at the video the way she behaved I am not coming back to this Starbuck because This girl Or a woman whatever you wanna call her rude person Is very argumentative. Think twice about ordering from this location, at least on weekends. They are frequently out of specialty drink components, and as aften as not get coffee drinks wrong. What other Sbux regularly leaves coffee out of an Americano? This afternoon they had one person making drinks and two or three doing who knows what but it wasn't helping the not-otherwise-busy front of the house. Our mobile order was ready *15 minutes* after the app's stated ready time with no visible rush on in the store.

The worse service from Daminica in this Starbucks I have ever received, she was so arrogant and disrespectful, decided to give back the drink I ordered and asked for a refund!!! Will never ever buy from this star bucks again!! Have no idea about customer service, need to visit Coffee Bean for tips!!
