i've come in several times and each time, i'm greeted by a woman with red hair and she never stops talking once we start interacting.i try to make it obvious that i don't want to tell her what i am doing for the weekend but she constantly pries. i understand that starbucks is all for talking to us customers but i just want to grab my drink and go. that's what this place seems to be now--a grab and go--as said by other baristas. will not be coming back

What is the point of ordering again if i have to wait? It’s only this location i have this issue with. I will see if i return the ralphs Starbucks is much better!! And right around the corner.update so i get my drink that i asked for extra whip. Well there was none and it looked as if drink was behind the counter for sometime!!
It's cool, they keep getting my drink wrong. But I think it's because the people behind the counter aren't listening.

Just asked a question and the girl in front with long curly hair was rude for no reason. We are tired of you customer service workers acting this way. If you don't like your job get another one and stop taking it out on customers. Unless she was just being a hater, which is also

This is a grab and go. No seating, no bathroom. Service was good but don't go here if you need to hang.

Staff are all nice, just don't like that it has no seating in this Starbucks. It is take out only.
Nothing new when you pull up to a Starbucks and see a long line of customers. But this place gets them out fast. Gotta have that morning coffee or yall gonna have to deal with the outcome. Lol

Employees were just rude! I asked for a mocha frap with Almond milk, and it came back with whipped cream. I apologized for not clarifying that I didn't want whipped cream, and asked if they can remake it, since I'm vegan. All the female barista did was take my frap, scoop out the whipped cream, and handed it back to me (AND left chunks of whipped cream in it too). The rudeness was just unnecessary, even after I apologized. Never going back there again.

I've been to this Starbucks several times. Today I went while having my tires changed looking forward to sitting down and relaxing for a little while. When I got there I discovered they'd removed all the seating. I was bummed, so went outside to read my book there. Immediately after sitting down a voice over a speaker said I had to leave, I couldn't sit there and said if I didn't move immediately they'd call the police. Wow! Talk about an unfriendly experience. I won't be heading back there. It's also making me rethink Starbucks.
