We literally walked in, we were in there for all of 10 minutes, we were never greeted there was only 2 guests ahead of us that were obviously friends of the employee that was on duty tonight due to the fact he burnt first funnel cake and was waiving it around calling it a fetus making everyone else uncomfortable. He still didn’t acknowledge us after standing there reviewing the menu for a while we decided to leave and we will not be returning. Maybe it was because we were black that we received terrible service.

The worst service ever! I come here occasionally to get a strawberry topping funnel cake. Whoever the young lady is today isn’t able to make a funnel cake. I stood there 15+ minutes watching her burn the funnel cakes. She was crying the entire time and kept saying sorry. I opted for a churro & peanut buttery brownie. She cleaned the burned funnel cake utensils in the grease while my churro was cooking. All the while she’s still crying and apologizing. Not wearing gloves with a bunch of cuts on her hand & wrist. It was clear to see that her energy was off and she should have taken a mental health day. I didn’t want her to see me throw the food away so I tossed it when I got near Phenix Salon Suites. Someone please relieve her & send her home.

If you want soggy funnel house, this is the place to go. The staff was more interested in entertaining his friends than paying attention to customers.

My friend and I both ordered churros sundaes and both of our churros were raw on the inside. The cashier told us that is how churros are supposed to be... Luckily he agreed to make new churros for us, too bad we finished our ice cream while waiting for them. Ice cream was decent though.

I really love this place. They also have one in Northridge and they are both amazing facilities. Very high ceilings it truly lives up to the name "house". It is a little pricey but I guess with how big the desert it is worth it. I got the funnel cake Sunday and it was $12.75. I got vanilla ice cream in Oreo, ice cream, whip cream, and Nutella with powdered sugar. It was so delicious. I devoured this with my mom. Can't really see anyone finishing this themselves without being super overly stuffed but I got more than enough by sharing it and I would get it all over again. There is a big parking lot, but it is shared with other stores in the movie theater. Service: There's one person working here in about five guests but he was able to take care of us all equally in a timely manner.

The Funnel House is excellent! I can't claim to have tried every funnel cake available in LA but this is the very best one I've ever had. Delicious funnel cake, excellent service and comfortable place to sit and eat. Well done and thank you The Funnel House!

I ordered through the door dash app for pick up. I show up to the store and the young lady tells me they have an hour prep time. I ask her to refund me my money since they couldn’t meet the 1:30pm mark and I wasn’t able to come back. She refuse to cancel my order. Because she said they didn’t want to cancel it. If they couldn’t do it at the time promised they should have refunded me. Had to go through door dash through the app. Poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would but this establishment was very unsanitary when I went in. The tables were dirty and behind the counter was dirty. When you walk in it smelled like spoiled milk. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Customer service was horrible the guy without glasses was very rude. The time before this time the Ice cream got me sick and the clerk said their freezers were going out

Not the place if you are looking for the ultimate ice cream sandwich. The cookies are rock hard and overcooked. I wouldn’t recommend. Also, they got my order wrong.

This was my first time visiting this place, I originally came in for a funnel cake, but immediately I switched over to the churro sundae. I instantly judged it because it was a little on the darker side so instantly I thought it was over cooked and going to be hard! Boy was I wrong and surprised! It was great it wasn't to hard or too soft, perfect texture between softness with a little crunch and the ice cream just gave it the extra taste! The service was quick and easy! The establishment was clean! Definitely will be revisiting if I'm ever in the area!
