Just had a Connecticut lobster roll $23 and it was ok, not much flavor. Lobster was definitely fresh but each bite was just boring and I'm someone who doesn't put salt or seasoning in my weekly meal prep.

I saw this food truck in Oxnard and turned around to give it a try. I was really excited up until I had received the food. I had ordered a Connecticut roll, a Maine lobster roll, and a lobster bisque. The Connecticut role was cold, the Maine Roll was soggy, and the Soup was absolutely terrible and had a funky smell. All of the food was bland and I was left unimpressed. I used to live in Rhode Island and I have been a Lobster fanatic all my life, but this was just not worth the $70 that was spent on it.

We love this place! Connecticut Rolls are our fave with the lobster tacos a close second.

I am a usual customer here and today the bisque I ordered was very watered down and had literally no lobster. I previously always ordered the lobster bisque and never had this issue. I honestly probably never coming back. I was a customer during quarantine and up until now. I understand supplies might be expensive but it’s no excuse to have a serious reduction in quality

The maine roll is too expansive. I recommend the Lobster tots instead, which is more and cheaper and taste better than the maine roll…

As someone from New England, expectations were set low knowing that I wouldn't get the same quality and style of New England lobster rolls out here on the west coast. This place didn't disappoint though! The lobster was sweet and decently priced at $21 a roll. The main lobster roll (the one w/mayo) was a bit strange as it was just straight mayo on the bun instead of the lobster being tossed in it. The Connecticut lobster was like any other CT lobster roll in warm butter. I was unsure going in about the fried clams as it seems to be difficult to get them right on the west coast. They were pretty decent though! A bit too much breading but at least there was an actual clam inside!

What a ripoff. 23 Dollars for a little roll. Literally 5 bites. So why did I get it? Because the picture on the truck shows two hand holding the roll ( yeah, two tiny tiny hands of a 5 year old maybe ). Taste wise it was ok, nothing more. Never again.

THE place for lobster in WeHo. Admittedly a bit pricey but that Connecticut Roll is unparalleled. Maybe order ahead because it does take them a minute to prepare.

We got one Maine roll and one Connecticut roll. We split them and couldn't tell them apart. $44. One was supposed to be warm with lemon butter. The other cold with mayo. They were both cold and we didn't find any mayo or lemon butter. The bread had toaster marks on the outside but must've been toasted in advance. It wasn't warm or crispy, just cold and chewy. Like old toast. I feel taken advantage of and won't go back. We've had these before and this was not what we expected. Can't blame it on them being busy because there were only 3 other people who came after me and no line. If you order something, check it out before you leave. Two stars because the lobster tasted fresh. EDIT: This order was from the food truck, not the restaurant.

I finally got a chance to try this famous Cousins Maine Lobster Restaurant at West Hollywood. I was a little confused and hesitated to select between the choice of Maine lobster roll and Connecticut lobster roll. Later, I found out that simply Maine is cold lobster and Connecticut is warm lobster. $21 for the lobster roll is reasonable. They have free parking validation with the Ramada Plaza parking structure.

Breanna was very helpful and welcoming. I have no idea if I spelled her name right.Overall meal was buttery and oh so delicious! I had the Connecticut with fries. Fries were well-seasoned. Lobster role was delicious. Not going to lie, the sandwich was definitely waaaaaaaaaay smaller than I had imagined it to be, but it was worth the price!

Small spot. I just wanted soup since it’s cold these days in LA and my clam chowder lacked flavor. So I wouldn’t get it again. But people stemmed to be enjoying their meals. I may have to come back to try the lobster .

Great food! We got the classic lobster rolls with extra meat and they definitely did not skimp. Also got tater tots which came out piping hot. Free refills on fountain drinks. The only reason I dock a star is because they have put zero effort into sustainability. Condiments, cutlery, etc all plastic and then wrapped in plastic. I know it's more expensive, but we need to transition to the compostable cutlery. There's also no compost. I hope they improve this! Will absolutely be back.
