Went in today 04/16/24 at about 6:30. We waited about 10mine and no service. Was walk to the bar and the waiter with the glasses and beard finally walks pass and says I’ll be right with you. He proceeds to take care of the people at the end. Two guys walk in and sit down. After helping the previous group he walks over to the two guys who just walked in and starts taking their order. Even to the point where he’s sitting on the stool. Ignore the fact that we’ve been sitting for about 15-20mins at this point t. Super rude and inconsiderate. We ended up walking out and eating somewhere else on the block.

This place definitely does NOT represent our Mexican food.To begin with, the chips were stale, like you had already been waiting for many days. Let them be served.I ordered green enchiladas. The melted cheese on top tasted like fried cheese.One of my sons ordered it with ham, the ham was completely dry. Tacobirria without consommé.The horchata water with all the rice sitting at the bottom of the glass and the rest of the water clear as natural water.For me, the taste of the food in the end is passable if they have good costumer service. But the lady who served us has not been trained to serve the costumer. He ignored us twice when we said something to him. She turned around and went to the kitchen.I don't blame her. She's just an employee I hope. But I blame the manager or the owner for not giving proper personal training. In general I give one star because there is no less than one star.Place 100% NOT recommended.

i adore this bar & have been coming here for years! the drinks are strong and they do 2 for one happy hours almost every night. they will also make you a GIANT margarita in virtually any flavor. the rooftop is the place to be imo. i make friends every time i come here, the vibe is immaculate. the staff is always attentive and friendly. the food is mid, but i don’t come here for the food lol.

Great drinks, amazing servers, banger music good nachos & elotes, but awful security people. The line for women restroom grows pretty long. Since there’s only one for them & only one person can go in at a time. So sometimes they decide to let the girls use men’s restroom. I understand the need, but I’ve seen three times already that the security guy being extremely rude when someone is complaining about it. Left a sour taste in my mouth & totally ruined a great experience.Parking: Finding parking on Friday or Saturday night is almost like finding needle in a haystack. Only option will be parking inside highly expensive parking lots around this placeKid-friendliness: Definitely not for kids :)

The manager and the security very aggressive. I needed to urinate and wanted to do so in a bathroom. I'm a paying customer and it's 1:30 am. They would not let me use the toilet. Won't be back.
