The burger was undercooked and mushy. Service took exceptionally long. Cajun fries were inedible because there was sooooo much seasoning on them. Like I was angry. I spent almost $40 for two people to have a burger and fries and I regret wasting my time or money. This location needs to figure out whatever the issue is because ive loved five guys for years.

Zero customer service at this specific location. If they spend a fraction of the amount of time they do on their physical appearance to serve people it would be great, but they don't give af about customers here. Also this was the Weirdest (I understand it's West Hollywood but the guys making my burger had 3 inch nails and makeup like clowns) and they were Rude af. I waited an extra 15 minutes because the dudes were too lazy to call out my number. I literally had to ask them if "that bag over there is mine?" My food wasn't even warm. I had no choice but to get a refund and leave, I wasn't going to eat that food. I hate to leave negative feedback but don't waste your time ordering from this Five guys go to another location if you don't want to be disappointed.

I can't really judge the food as I wasn't even able to order. I was excited to see that they were located nearby as I was about 2 miles away. I arrived and noticed 2 people waiting and 1 person in line. I stood behind him. Took a while to finally be acknowledged, only to have them say systems were down and they were only taking postmates and grubhub orders. Sad I made the drive, sad I paid for parking. Bad management that they didn't have the option to place order online for pick up.

Honestly this place is not that good compared to other 5 guys locations. The burgers are noticeably smaller, and have gotten smaller every time I have gone to this location. I would go to shake shack which is across the street, and it’s much less money. Overall total rip-off for what you get. You get the vibe that they just don’t care at this location.

It must be a challenge to find people to work as the economy begins to open up. It's understood that these times require patience, kindness and understanding, and I do have compassion for the workers. However, getting a simple burger and fries across a counter with how to make change becoming a significant event is a sad state of affairs. Not sure where staff learned customer service, but it wasn't at Burger University in Baldwin Park. It's certainly not fair to compare this to other places, but the lack of customer focus is indeed a difficult state of affairs. And the burger and fries - soggy, greasy, and salty - probably quite reflective of the service provided. Go if you must, but there are better choices out there.

This particular five guys left alot to be desired. Five guys is by far my favorite burger place just not this one. I'll definitely give it another try.
Five guys is awesome. I have a little bit of a problem with the small packaging, but aside from that everything is great. The food is warm, tastes good, seasoning is on point. However, most apps (especially doordash) doesnt have the option for the customer to select the temperature. It would be awesome it they add that. All in all, you want a good burger? Try five guys

It was good. I had the bacon double cheeseburger and large fries. They were a bit stingy on the fries. Normally other stores add extra fries in the bag. This one didn't. I also got the hot dog with mustard and grilled onions. They were also a bit stingy with the mustard. My hubby got the doubke cheeseburger. Im sure we may go to other stores and order. But if you go to this one make sure you get extra condiments and fries. The staff were really not that friendly. They talked to each other and when I asked for salt, the guy acted like he couldn't be bothered. I hope someone in corporate or a district manager sees this review.

Burger was ok nothing great about it. I feel like a cheaper local burger would be the same. The fries though were not that good at all. Cajun fries were waaay too salty and even though the portion was great the seasoning wasn't I literally have seasoning just clumping up and or enough to get a pinch. I didn't even bother to continue eating.

Great burgers. Beef was very juicy and soft. Felt like my son ate a real burger. Thanks. Great staff. Very clean environment and they are working hard. Great spot next to European wax while waiting
