I would give this place zero stars if I could. My sister and I were shopping at Target and decided to stop by here for food. Employees were extremely rude. They didn't have any name tags, but the older guy who is on the heavier side was extremely rude. We ate outside, and they didn't give us any sauce. When asked for sauce, he was extremely rude. Came back to our table and my sister pointed out that there were no napkins. I went back to ask for napkins and he instructed me to "stick your hand there and grab as many as you want, that way you don't have to come back." Who runs this business? If you hate your job that much, find another one.

I can’t believe the man let me wait over 20 minutes and my food was already done a while ago And cold because he was finishing other customer’s order who ordered after me and he saw me going back and forth waiting for my food when it is going to be finish and he didn’t even give it to me even the customer was surprised

I came into the store to get a grub hub order, and several times, I was pointing at the screen with the order number and my name. Instead of looking up my order number, they said they hadn't had an order called in. Employee said since I mistakenly said called in, he would fix it. Called grub hub and they called the store and said that it was ready with him after the manager insisted I must've called it in somewhere else. When he said he would fix it, I didn't know that fixing it involved charging me twice, and then refusing to refund me for the second meal. Needless to say, I will not be here again.

1 start, because I did get my food.But show up at 1245 “lunch time” the guy is on his break???When he shows back up, I order....he says it will take 15 mins.This chicken better taste good.......

Support this business, they have the cook doing the food and attending costumers. The food has always been very good here, the special sauce is yummy. Come and help this small business. I hope they're paying him what he deserves because he all alone here doing everything. Shame on you if you're not!

Went here this evening as I was just done shopping at Target. Have tried to go a few times before but it seems that their online hours are wrong and they close everyday at 6. Waited about 5 mins for the food no issue. Think this is a franchised location as the service here is not on par w other flame broilers I've gone to. You can tell by the crappy Microsoft word printer paper signs all over the store marking certain things up as extra where at other stores that are run by actual Flame Broiler are not the case. I got a chicken bowl which was room temperature. I thought they made things fresh so maybe they just mean they'll put it all in a bowl and that's not making versus actually cooking?! Also they limit you to 3 sauces, which usually wouldn't be a problem. But the owners of this place are really trying to dine and nickel you on everything because the small tiny sauces weren't even filled all the way. 3 sauces really meant one. Which would be useful when trying to coat your cold chicken bowl lacking flavor. My advice to you: go to Flame Broiler, just not this location. Advice to Flame Broiler, find a new franchisee owner who understand your product and can deliver quality.
I love the brown rice, chicken and sauses. Healthy, filling. Great for lunch.

Well I moved away from West Hollywood but I go back occasionally and the last three times that I have been in this restaurant I have been very disappointed I'm sorry to say! I went in there on a Sunday night and everything was cold. I attempted to call the store manager or owner his name is Joseph apparently and he never called me back I left him two messages to call me back and he did not so I called the corporate office and they do not answer the phone over there! I told him that I hadn't going to this restaurant since 2015 and had left a five star review and that if they did not call me back I was going to change that. Well I went back a second time and that's for Joseph and he wasn't in again. Apparently when you ask for Joseph the employees say oh he know somebody and they gave me a hot half and half veggies onions brown rice and it was a thumbs up. well I went back there yesterday in the middle of the day when it was busy and I ordered my usual half and half with all the veggies and green onions brown rice set right down and it was a flop. The veggies are cold and the meat wasn't even hot I never complain to the employees because I just don't do that but I left and here I am I'm changing my review because I can call Joseph and he won't call me back and I guess Joseph is a new manager or owner or whatever and now I have changing my review from five stars to 2 Stars hopefully Joseph will call me back when he sees this goodbye and good luck!
