Have had pizza a handful of times delivered. Whenever the driver shows up, there's at least a 10 to 15 minute wait until delivery starts. AT LEAST! They're operating as multiple pizza establishments. Taking too much on their plates for the subpar pizza. If you type in 444 1/2 La Cienega, so many different pizza establishments pop up with similar reviews

We ordered pizza late last night. Like 2:30am. They said the pizza would be here in 45 minutes. Finally our driver called us to say that they didn't have our pizza?? "What do you mean they don't have our pizza, where are our wings then?" Sorry, they just don't have your order. They don't actually answer the phone and told our driver to tell us we can ask for a cancellation and get our money back through postmates. Just to re-cap.... we got no pizza and we were still charged. This place sucks.

I usually order the pizza here and it's delicious. The crust is thin and they top it off with garlic ranch so it's always super soft. This time wasn't the case. Maybe it's under new management, but this is the second time I've ordered and the pizza didn't seem like it came from happy slice. My crust was tough and burnt. There was NO garlic ranch (not even on the side). Even the pepperoni slices are smaller. This is NOT the pizza that had me hooked. I paid for extra mozzarella, I got a regular pepperoni pizza. Not to mention, it came in an all white box. Super questionable as they always have the big yellow smiley face. Did they make this at home?. It was cold, I can deal with that because it IS delivery. But the entire order was highly disappointing and staff was rude as hell AS USUAL. I wasted $45 and could have gotten a better, fresher pizza from Costco for $10.Had two slices and unworthy heartburn. Never ordering here again!

Tried to order via Postmates at about 10 PM on a Friday night. Understandably busy. After an hour and a half pass with no updates, I contact my Postmate. She informs me that she's at the restaurant and there's at least a 40 minute more long wait until my pizza would be done, which would bring my total wait time to over 2 hours. Absolutely atrocious that 1) they can't handle a Friday night rush and 2) there's absolutely 0 communication that the order cannot be fulfilled. After this entire debacle, now everything is closed so I cannot order anything to be delivered & I can't drive anywhere because we are visiting from out of town so we do not have a car.

I definitely have to renew my review. The first experience was actually disappointing. But the customer service reached out immediately. They apologized, gave me a refund and some free pizza which was actually awesome! So the second experience was really great! So overall I have to say really good pizza & great customer service!

The first time I ordered from here for my company. Everything was great and fresh! My clients loved it. The second time I ordered last night the dough wasn’t completely cooked and the pizzas were not cut at all ! Very disappointed because I do large orders for my company.
This place would probably be one of the best spots in LA if they didn’t always mess up your order! This time got a cheese pizza with a few veggie toppings because if i got the veggie without olive they’d keep the olives on any. But even worse this time for some reason there’s pepperoni all over my vegetarian pizza so now i have a stomach ache and half a pizza i can’t finish. Don’t think i’ll be wasting money here again

Very good pizza. Ingredients are very fresh and the pizza is not greasy like most places. Sauce could be a bit more flavorful though. Would definitely order again.

First of all, my pizza came cut in 13 slices. I just enrolled Into a community college geometry class to figure out how to cut a circle into 13 triangles. Second, this is the worst pizza I've ever had. The sauce was Prego I'm pretty sure. you can Find it In your local grocery store sauce Isle. The cheese was no better. Throw that on top of cardboard, and you have "regular guys pizza" Well below regular, my guys. 0 st

I will keep this short. I ordered a pizza by phone. I got there around seven and it was closed. Seriously? This is the level of respect you have for your customers? You don't tell people you are closing early so you don't waste their time? I don't care how good you think your pizza is this is just wrong.
