TL,DR; Solid bar that wishes it was a club.Super friendly bouncers / security and an attentive staff. For a Saturday night, it wasn't so crowded you couldn't breathe, but it was a bit of a squeeze. It's a good spot to dance in with friends and witness bottle service birthday celebrations every five minutes with music that's a touch too loud.

I was here a while back and they had such a great menu and food, but this time the options and quality were really lacking… the food tasted very cheep and was poorly prepared.Whoever made the decision to do away with the old menu concept made a huge mistake! The service was alright.. the waiter was kind, but very inattentive. I decided after two bites that my food wasn’t worth eating and wanted to send it back, but the waiter never even looked our way. By the time he came back over, everyone else had finished choking down their food. It was too late for me to order something else, but even if I wanted to he didn’t offer at all. The restaurant was empty(makes sense..) other than us and two other tables so I find it weird he didn’t check on us at all.

Never a bad time - cute, date spot - but I don't get the penguin cocktail unless you really like oat milk because that was all I could taste

An over glorified, over-priced bowling alley menu. They menu they advertise online is NOT the actual menu. If I wanted chicken tenders I'd go to Popeyes, SERIOUSLY.

We enjoyed dining here because it was very cute inside, but were underwhelmed with the food, drinks, and service. Our server was super friendly and kind, but service was slow. Food felt overpriced for what we got and the menu options were limited. The cocktails were good enough, but overpriced for the quality and size.

The whole experience was overall good. Only downside was food took awhile to come out and not all at once making it so one of us had to eat without the other because the entree that arrived first was getting cold.

I've been to Harlowe a few times but only when it's a bar and have always enjoyed the vibe there. This time, a friend and I decided to go for dinner. We heard there was a new chef and the menu had changed so we decided to give it a try and we're so happy we did! We started off with the hummus board, which was amazing and chef Alex told us he makes the hummus from scratch. For the main dish, I ordered the burger which was perfectly sized especially for a multi course meal. Lastly, Alex recommended the gelato for dessert. There are three different flavors, and each has their own distinct taste and texture, and are delicious! Highly recommend the "We Are All Mad Here" cocktail to sip on while enjoying Chef Alex's food. Come check it out!

Last night for my Birthday, my daughter took me to dinner at Harlowe. Right now it is 4am in the morning, and all I can think of, is how wonderful the dinner was. My daughter had been here a few times before with her friends and raved about how wonderful it is. She is 100% right. When we got to the restaurant we were greeted right away and sat in a very nice booth. The restaurant is beautiful. Right after we sat down we were greeted by the head Chef Alex. I was so impressed by this. I have never had this experience before of a chef coming to our table. He was so nice and explained many of his special dishes and answered all of our questions. We started out with the charcuterie board. It was beautiful with a variety of meats, cheeses, crackers, bread, with nuts and dried fruit. It was delicious. Then followed by a delicious shrimp cocktail and fried calamari. Our main course was the steak and fries. The steak was so tender, and you could cut it with your fork. The sauce on the steak was so delicious and complimented the steak very well. The fries were just the way I like them thin and crispy. For dessert, we finished our meal with a delicious lime sorbet. We had such a great time. Everything about the evening was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is impeccable, and Chef Alex made it extra special. I am looking forward to coming back, and bringing my family and friends.

Been to Harlowe a few times. Nice ambiance, cute covered patio, never been disappointed with food so far. The pasta dish in particular was lovely.

Outstanding service. Reasonable prices. French inspired refined food. The ambiance felt great and the only downside of this cafe is that the menu was quite limited. I got the skirt steak and it was delicious and my spouse got the $6 for the 2 happy hour tacos which were pretty decent. The old fashioned felt weak to my taste. There weren't many people inside on a Thursday night but we found out they have a dance floor and live performances.

Harlowe has an impeccable aesthetic to its environment. The staff here are absolutely friendly and welcoming. Our server consistently checked in on us and making sure we were taken care of. The music was a complete vibe and had me singing immediately. Now to the food and drink portion I had the opportunity to try the "We're all mad here" which was an Absolute Elyx Vodka infused drink that had a subtle taste and made you feel relaxed after a long day of work. There was a new menu and the Chef there was not only welcoming but respectfully personable when a new menu item was ordered. He gave such a great description to each detail that went into creating these exquisite dishes. Everything served was amazing but there were some that STOOD out the most and those were: the goat cheese covered in bee pollen (try it before you judge!), the grilled shrimp on the grilled prawn cocktail, the hanger steak frites burger, and the fior de latte gelato. The goat cheese with bee pollen had a sweet taste with the after taste BEEing explosively delicious. The hanger steak frites burger had the right proportions to not have you feeling overwhelmingly full yet still satisfied and it was delicious. Now that Fior De Latte gelato! The whole composure of this gelato truly made me feel like I had gone to Italy and tried gelato for the first time. The combination of honey, sesame seeds, and passion fruit created such a sweet yet crunchy taste to it- an absolutely great trio! Harlowe did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely blast at this place. Definitely try The Tin Man's Tea cocktail. Chef's Kiss from Topher's new menu. Our server Shawn knocked it out of the park. Super attentive but also gave us space to chat in between cocktails. He was personable, funny and I would go so far as to say we would exclusively request for him to our server. Sarah was amazing as well. We will definitely return.

Went to Harlowe tonight for dinner and drinks after a long day of work. When we walked in the ambiance was very welcoming. We were greeted and seated right away. We were told there was a new menu for food and drinks. I ordered the drink called "We're All Mad Here" and it was very light a refreshing at the very first sip. Chef Alex greeted us and recommended a few dishes that were his favorite on the menu. The cheese and salumi board and the Vodka Pasta Gratinee were top tier! We ended the night with Gelato and the Fior Di Latte was to die for! Couldn't recommend Harlowe enough for a relaxing night out with great food and drinks. I am counting my days until I come back.
