Woof!!! So sad I ordered from here. I knew as soon as I didn’t see the little white Chinese food boxes - orange chicken tastes like bbq chicken nuggets and the crab rangoons might be good if the sweet n sour sauce was remotely okay. I’ve already thrown it all away. Such a waste.

We only get takeout from this establishment and it is consistently high-quality great tasting food. The best Chinese food in the area. Everything has its own taste and is high-quality. Definitely currently our favorite restaurant in the area.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My friend and I ordered delivery through the restaurant website for their birthday at 3:17pm on March 10, and were given an estimated delivery time of 4:17pm. We were located 14min away from the restaurant. Food did not arrive until 6pm, nearly three hours after ordering. We called around 5 and again 15-30min after that. We were given the runaround every time. In hindsight, we should have ordered pickup. They claimed the food was delivered and they couldn’t call us (they never called). The 2nd time they told us they didn’t see our order in the back, went to talk to someone, and then claimed the order just got picked up (it had not, we had to call AGAIN).When we called the 3rd time, they assured us the food would be hot and fresh. It arrived cold, soggy, and leaking. The fried dumplings tasted like they had been sitting out in their paper container for 2+ hrs, and it showed - the packaging was warped and damaged. Several containers of other dishes had leaked all over everything in one of the bags, leaving a large pool of sauce at the bottom of it.Everything was lukewarm or cold. It probably didn’t help that they sent two men on ONE moped to deliver the food to us, rather than someone in a car.We have since contacted the restaurant multiple times to make this right, and they refuse to provide a refund more than 30 or 40%. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

If you order takeout, they won't provide the tableware by default, and if you ask for it when you check out. They will be very impatient and blame you for reopening the bag.

I had a delivery order, which was mostly a gastronomic miss. The cooks grossly undercooked the brown rice, and it had bits of hard raw rice kernels (or plastic) in it. I spat them out but could not identify these hard chewy bits.I also had the robot chicken, adding mixed veggies to the dish, which sounds like it would offer a few vegetables but actually included two: raw broccoli and raw mushrooms. Crazy me for thinking they’d be cooked along with the chick’in and “tangy” sauce. However, there wasn’t enough sauce to moisten the dry, raw vegetables. The veggie eggrolls were good. But overall it was a dining disappointment!Vegetarian options: They offer vegan protein rich options.

I gave 2 stars because the girls working were nice. The food was terrible though I took a couple bites and the rest went to waste. Just go to Panda Express it’s probably better than this place.

For the same price go to erewhon for a combo plate frankly. It’s better quality food certified organic, and WAY tastier, and made with attention. The beef I ordered was so cooked impossible to Chew.. what a deception, never again.

DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE! COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS. NOT TO MENTION KUNG PAO BISTRO SENT ME SHRIMP AND I’M DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO SHELLFISH. I’m a foodie and go to restaurants in Los Angeles often. I also order out often. I ordered 6 meal items and when I received the order, Kung Pao Bistro sent me 2 items that were completely different than any of the items that I ordered. When I called, they said they couldn’t do anything about sending me the completely wrong items and I would have to re-order. Kung Pao Bistro did not refund me or do anything to rectify the situation. Not to mention, the items they sent me I was allergic to since I’m allergic to shellfish. Worst experience at any Chinese food restaurant in LA, or nationally in the US as I travel often for work.

Service was horrible. Took the waitress 4 tries to take my order, constantly rushing off to another table for one reason or another. To make things worst, she unable (or unwilling..) to make any recommendation of dishes to try. I should have left right there without ordering food, big mistake. The place looks like a mess, Covid style divides with restaurant supplies stored right next to diners. The bathroom was a mess and falling apart.Food was below average.Never returning there.

Pretty great place. Was looking for a place that had some vegan and sweet and sour, this place did not disappoint. Also got a soup with some vegan dumplings in them, was tasty! Lots of vegan options for all kinds of dishes, will definitely be back.
