Terrible customer service. I used to come here a lot as a kid and wanted to visit the store because it made me feel nostalgic. I was waiting at the smoothie bar for 5 minutes while this bald white man was just texting, then instead of helping me after his intense message, he goes to gossip with his friend who entered after I did. I ended up going to EarthBar for a smoothie because prices are very similar, they have better options, and their customer service is superior.

When you make a smoothie at home it never taste as good as when they make it ! Same ingredients- nope not as good as when PowerZone makes it. The guys behind the bar are so nice and you really feel welcomed back as a customer. They have SO many different options of protein - Whey, different brands/ types of whey, Plant protein, regular milk to vegan options. Wellness Additives liquid aminos, flax oil, L- Carnitine, protein crunch balls, omegas, antioxidants, Chlorophyll, vitamin-c etc etc Definitely the place to come after your work out- or i will skip breakfast and have a powder zone shake instead and be on my way. They use to have a card point system - 10 drinks get your 11th free- now they just have your name in the computer and keep track of your points for you. Almond butter cup shake is my favorite Aside from the smoothie the shake bar the left side has protein powders, powdered supplements, selection of pre work out drinks, packaged protein cookies-muffins and bars. The right side is a full RX pharmacy including non RX vitamins and supplements too. Serious one stop shop for your health.

The Power Zone has great prices on a wide variety of sports supplements, powders and drinks. The manager and staff are very courteous and helpful and always greet you with a hello and s smile when you walk in. The Power Zone is conveniently located next to 24 Hour Fitness but have a better selection of product at a much cheaper cost. I would highly recommend that anyone living in the area or close by check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

I've been coming to the PowerZone for years. It has awesome workers and a great feeling when you walk in. I always look forward to seeing friends there and it's a part of my daily routine. They have awesome products and knowledgeable staff to help with my health and fitness goals. Faithful customer here. :)

I've decided to add another star for PowerZone, even though my first visit was a total bust. I decided to give it another try after my first time getting a protein shake here. I've probably been here about 7 times since then and walked in earlier today to purchase a shake after my morning workout. I've fallen in love with the Peanut Butter/Almond Milk (with Vanilla Protein). Service has been great, but to my surprise I was asked if I wanted to start a stamp card. Interestingly enough, I've never been asked to start a "loyalty card" until today. I'm hoping it's a very new thing they've decided to start this week. If so, great! If not, I wish I had known about it during my last 6 visits. They certainly do a better job than Body Energy across the street. Fast service is to be expected. If you're over at Body Energy, you'll wait a good 10+ minutes for your shake. Totally unacceptable.

I recently attempted to return a product which WAS FULL OF BAD CHEMICALS! They lied and said they didn't carry the product even though the website indicates otherwise. Also, the Manager was VERY QUICK TO Say "well I am the manager blah blah blah" lol It was comical except that the chemicals in their protein powder could KILL SOMEONE. I think it was also RACISM that was on display by the "Manager" AVOID

This is my favorite place to get post workout shakes. They have tons of options and add-ins to choose from depending on how you're feeling. Feeling fat? Add L-carnitine. Feeling tired? Add caffeine. You get the idea. My favorite is the orange Julius. It brings me back to mall life when I was a kid. You need to try it. It's amazeballs. Get the stamp card so you get your 10th shake for free.
