We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Pura Vita last week while in Hollywood. We shared the ‘ricotta’ appetizer and both my daughter and I enjoyed pasta for our main, and had dessert. The meal was phenomenal, and the service was equally impressive. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, or a girls night out. We also enjoyed a pizza the previous night which was also delicious. I asked more than once “are you sure this is vegan”? A great gem for vegans and non vegans alike!

We LOVED this restaurant - it had such a great vibe and the food was exceptional. I am gluten free and you could hardly tell the pizza or pasta was gluten free or even vegan for that matter! Honestly one of our favourite meals in L.A for sure!

So good. The wine bar and pizzeria are next door to each and you can order from both menus whichever spot you’re sitting in. Had great vegan pizza and pasta. Really delicious. Best vegan pizza I’ve had. Definitely yummy and nice spot.

We had an amazing diner at Pura Vita! The caprese salad was fantastic, really simple and fresh ingredients which elevated the taste and is a hallmark of quality Italian food. We really enjoyed the lasagna pura and san gennaro pizza, both were flavourful and not too oily. The super Tuscan wine went very well. And we topped it all off with the zeppole which were scrumptious! It was a memorable meal, I would highly recommend!

I love the pizzas here! Just amazing. I've tried several different ones and they never disappoint. Only comments are: 1) Pizzas are very expensive! They're quite big so that helps but still this place is a bit too pricey for regular pizzas 2) Any time I order take away, the pizzas with the red sauce are always a bit soggy by the time they arrive. White ones are fine. Maybe it's my problem not theirs? Not sure but I wish they stayed crispy in the short drive over. Still completely delicious! Some of the best vegan pizza I've had!

SERVICE- located in WeHo- paid parking available nearby - next door to Pura Vita - seating available outdoor, at bar, or at tables- highly recommend making a reservation as they can be busy in the evenings- initial service to take our orders was a little slow but only because of the crowd- food came out quicklyMENU- vegan Italian food - many gluten free options- can order from pasta menu as well- slightly pricey but average for WeHo ($20 per entree)FOOD- Arancini (8/10): fried risotto balls stuffed with cashew ricotta cheese and surrounded by a pool of marinara sauce with a dollop of pesto. We were debating between these and the mozzarella sticks and decided to order these because the server recommended the ricotta inside. I liked how the rice still had some texture and was not complete mush. The ricotta was creamy but I think a mozzarella would have been nicer to contrast the creaminess of the rice. The sauce was a fresh balance to the fried balls. Overall a good dish to share as an appetizer.- diavolina pizza (9/10): calabrese sauce and cashew mozzarella base with dollops of almond ricotta, slices of be-hive vegan pepperoni, red and Calabrian peppers, and a drizzle of hot agave. I was initially skeptical of this pizza since I am not a huge fan of seitan pepperoni. However, this was phenomenal! The base actually lived up to its claim of spiciness which was offset by the sweet peppers and the tangy ricotta. I did not taste the hot agave but I think its flavors melded well into the rest of the pizza. This pizza was enough for 2-3 people to split with a few appetizers as well. WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! They have so many good looking options on the pasta side of the menu that I want to try.

Best food. Authentic Southern Italian cuisine that happens to be all plant-based... you might never realize it tho! . Amazing atmosphere. Perfect music. Incredible service. BEST FOOD.

Amazing experience all around!!We sat in the Pizzeria which had a nice moody intimate atmosphere. The service was phenomenal! Our server, Edith, was extremely friendly, attentive, and gave us amazing recommendations. The entire staff was kind.The food…probably the best vegan food I’ve ever had! We tried the Carbonara, Calabrese and Black Magic Pizza which were all delicious. The Carbonara was the favorite out of the three. It had a nice sweet and tangy taste to it. I’m definitely going to crave this in the future.We had the Pistachio gelato which was super sweet and the perfect dessert after our amazing meal.Overall, it gave real main character vibes and we will definitely be coming back in the future!!
