Normally this place is pretty good, the place is beautiful and cozy for their customers and the service is friendly but there's always this one employee who isn't even approachable. I've been here before to place an order and he'll be making a smoothie in the back, see me and keep on what he's doing. No wave, no "be right with you" SILENCE. I placed and order for a Protein Supreme smoothie and its normally very good. Every time I order and he makes it, it has no flavor. These smoothies are too expensive for that. Today, I placed an order through Postmates and decided to walk from my workplace to pick it up. I was very well aware I may need to wait and did not care about that. I would've had to wait if I ordered in the store anyway so I was prepared for it. The employee (didn't get his name but I probably should have) gave me a smoothie and let me know "For future reference, you need to wait the entire time before you get your smoothie because I'm giving you someone else's order." I didn't mind waiting and obviously expected it because I just put the order in. I didn't demand the smoothie was ready, I just was letting him know that I was here. At that point, the conversation took a turn because once I said I was ok with waiting, the employee kept cutting me off and telling me that I need to wait next time and that he was just being "nice" by giving me that one. I told him that his job requires that he's nice and welcoming to people that are paying for this service. I asked for a manager and of course he didn't give me a name and said he was unable to provide me a name. Sometimes that is the case but I have a feeling he didn't give it to me because he didn't want me calling. I spoke to a coworker that was also there that was new and asked for the name and was given the managers name and the time he'd be there. Not to mention, I tried calling back to get the persons name and the phone would ring, someone would pick up and then I could hear a breathing on the phone but nobody would respond when I said hello so that's an issue in itself. Like I said, everyone except him is nice and approachable AND my smoothie isn't great. I hope he learns manners and some customer service

Fantastic Random fine. If you’re next to Melrose.. just type in Protein on your GPS and this place is in the top 5 options! Very good smoothie! I ordered the protein smoothie of course! The inside looks really amazing and well thought out and done. Love the tropical theme and the hanging chairs as well. Deathly recommend this place!

Definitely wanted to check this place out. It was really cool looking inside and I enjoyed all the interior things in it. I just got done working out and I wanted to try protein smoothie and the guy said that they don't use ice to blend it, which was very fascinating to me. I tried the protein smoothie and it was probably the best smoothie I've had this year. I'm definitely coming back and I'm super excited to try the food here too.!

I was taking a stroll down the street and spotted this place. I walked in and had my order taken promptly. I got the classic açaí bowl and it was just delicious. The açaí itself actually felt and tasted like açaí, instead of the açaí-flavored ice moosh you get in other places.

Visited for the first time today! The owner was so lovely and helped my son craft a custom smoothie, explaining all the ingredients and what might taste best together (my son loved this and the result). My chai latte was perfect- not too sweet. Will definitely be back!
