The company does a good job, I just don't like that if you undersell, you don't get a refund for the unsold goods. It leads me to believe that booking the food truck directly makes more sense, and you can just pay for what you sell.

Extremely disappointing experience with Roaming Hunger. Ordered a food truck offering “Gourmet Mac & Cheese” based on photos and descriptions on their website, for a corporate, anniversary event. What we received was an F—150 with a trailer, taking up 4 parking spots, and $32/plate cold elbow macaroni. The driver, who was also a server, had a shaved head and was was covered in facial tattoos. He was both scary and intimidating to our guests. Worse, they kept most of the leftover food even though we paid for it. I feel strongly we were the victims of false advertising and misleading claims. Given you have many choices when it comes to food catering, I strongly encourage anyone reading this to make another choice. I cannot emphasize enough how bad of an experience this was, and how many thousands of dollars we wasted working with this organization. Finally, when we voiced concerns to Roaming Hunger all we got was crickets so this isn’t a company that takes client feedback seriously, and they certainly don’t understand customer service. If I could give them zero (0) stars I absolutely would. Definitely do not recommend!!

Working with Roaming Hunger was a major disappointment. We will not work with them again and certainly would not recommend them. Our event was straight forward with a very simple menu: an Octoberfest party for 75 friends and neighbors.The actual catering for our event was a mess: not only did the vendor get the menu wrong (we were limited to burger and chicken sliders with a miniature side of potato salad), but the food itself tasted very mediocre, on top of which they ran out of servings (even though we had received assurances that potential overages would be no problem and that we would simply pay extra for such).This was a "lay-up" of a catering event, yet somehow they still messed things up. Stay away and find a different option.

I had a great experience while sourcing a food truck for a work event in the Boston area. Jazmin was my Roaming Hunger Account Manager and she was awesome! She was super communicative and worked with me quickly when I had to change dates. I would definitely use Roaming Hunger again!

Unfortunately, this is the first and last time we would use the services of Roaming Hunger. The initial process started off great. Bids came in and we picked the vendor. Food truck confirmed! (Mini Fluffy Pancakes). From there it went downhill. The event coordinator did not keep us informed, took too long to respond back, and the day of the event - the food truck did not show. After the event, we were advised by Roaming Hunger that the food truck either did not answer their calls or they were hung up on.Needless to say, we had a lot of very disappointed (paying) people at our "'Charity" Golf Tournament !
