I dined in Roku a few years ago. It's was very good. Tonight delivery was barely edible. The food had no finesse. The quality of the fish was substandard. Other sushi restaurants manage to keep their delivery food high quality. Roku seemingly does not.

Absolutely obsurd. Ordered food to go and called in told them I am allergic to crab can you ease substitute one of my rolls to spicy tuna instead of crab. I was informed that they were not allowed to do any substitutions. **Spoke to the manager named Andrew** and he said there will be absolutely no changes or substitions regardless of food allergy...kind of makes no sense at all and on top of That spicy tuna even costs the restaurant less than Crab....absolute backwards no logic mentality Im not sure how this guy is the head manager of such a prestigious restaurant

Are you kidding? Less than 4 stars?? This is not happening. This place has the best creamy sea urchin pasta. My second favorite is the mentaiko pasta.The consistency is amazing. Just the right amount of cream, sea urchin, fat, salt, sugar, acidity. What more can I say? You should really try this out.The lines were long during dinner time, so I recommend to check in through yelp and put your name on the waiting list. Other than that, 10/10!

We like a lot eating out. Last night we arrived in this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a beautiful evening there with very good dishes and a nice team and a distinguished cook. We put this place in our phone list and we shall no doubt visit again soon. We warmly recommend.

Small. Don't eat outside, the menu isn't as awesome. Tasty rolls as fresh as they come. Kid friendly (seating could br problematic depending on age.. My 9yr old was fine) we will go back. Delicious, simple. And fun

Where to begin...I went to Roku back in the first week of March for my birthday, and was accompanied by my family (Mother and Father) and due to the p*ss poor service, I was absolutely baffled when I left. First of all it took around 25+ minutes to receive an order of three fountain drinks, and after waiting for them at least another 30 minutes for our sushi. I can barely remember what they tasted like...and for the price point that's absolutely laughable. And not to mention (as someone who has visited Japan) the sushi is completely white washed, and more worried with questionable ingredients rather than good taste. Then as we waited for the entrees my father attempted to move his chair closer to the table, and fell into a "space" between the floor. My father got the wind knocked out of him and had to pull his chair leg out of a 12 inch hole in the floor, and when the owner (briskly) walked over to check on the commotion, the first and only thing he said was "How's the chair?" ...Absolutely no regard for the well-being of the customer... And when we questioned why a plastic "grate" was missing from the floor he told us "Well this restaurant was originally a patio" ...I'm not even going to bore you with how bad and careless of a retort that is... The sole reason this restaurant even scratches a two star rating is because of the excellent entrees we were served (wagyu, lobster pasta, and ahi tuna) But the dessert (much like the floor) fell through. I believe I ordered......Tiramisu? And they put a "shell" of cotton candy over it...and then light it on fire...So the whole dish tasted like kerosene. Overall this restaurant hangs on by a literal thread due to its decor and talented kitchen staff, but due to what I would call the owner being pretentious it completely ruins itself, especially with flashy unnecessary theatrics...Such as lighting your dessert ablaze!

I think they have just reopened for outdoor dining ... very thankful to the attentive staff for taking such great care of us! The only thing to note is that their hours may have changed a bit.. we came for dinner around 8 and they closed at 9.. felt a little rushed to finish dinner fast, but everything tasted fresh and staff took all appropriate covid safety measures to ensure guest safety.
Celebrated office holiday party here! Great attentive service we were a big party over 20 and all servers were nonstop. Food was excellent and plenty, loved the vegan options

Ordered Roku on postmates. I'm not sure if it is bc it's Monday and the fish is leftover from the weekend but the spicy tuna was rotten, salty and very fishy. I order from here all the time and it's never been like this. The food was not edible. I disputed it with postmates but they did not do anything bc they said they do not prepare the food, they only deliver it. Had to dispose of all the food to prevent food poisoning....
