I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always awesome and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.
Whatever you do DON'T Ofer online! Their system is messed up and their answer to you concerns is "OH WELL, there is nothing we can do." Walked 1mile to then arrive home to subs with stuff on them we didn't order and were allergic to! Very RUDE!!!

When a customer asks you to toast the bread separately when ordering an onion chicken teriyaki sub; DO IT. I am paying here. If I tell you to toast it separately just DO IT. It makes a difference as when you toast the chicken and bread together it makes it SOGGY. If I want it toasted separately; just do it. Is this so difficult to ask for? Instead of insisting that it both is going to be toasted any way and trying to persuade the customer to toast the chicken on top of the damn bread? SEPARATE MEANS SEPARATE. I DON'T WANT IT TOASTED TOGETHER. Jesus Christ. Ruined my entire meal. Never coming back.

There are deficiencies in the attention: they did not toast the bread since the toaster was broken, the guacamole poorly prepared and about to be thrown away.

I was shocked when I read the reviews and was hesitant to go but it was the only near by subway. To be honest the two employees “girl & guy” were very friendly and helpful. I think the reviews were about someone else in different shift. I was there 4 p.m
