Customer service is non existent. Stood in line that was 5 deep with none of the 3 workers behind the counter acknowledging or helping anyone for a while. To add insult to injury, the staff wasn't giving out the bathroom code and was rude about it. Terrible service.

The corporate robots at this place didn’t extend me the courtesy of allowing me to use their restroom. Way to be human! I will never frequent one of these businesses, and I will never buy coffee from them simply because of this interaction. Shame on you.

morning manger needs to be fired ugly attitude when in the wrong I asked a for something specific and she ruined it and had no remorse .
Rude service. This is a trend now among Coffee Beans that I've seen. The one in downtown Burbank is bad too. Why hire people who project to customers that they hate their jobs? Just replace them with people who can actually conduct customer service.

Because Los Angeles has so many other coffee chains like Philz and Blue Bottle, The Coffee Bean never really appealed to me -- but I had to really use the restroom so I decided to stop here and also pick up a drink as well while I'm here. I ordered an iced vanilla oatmilk latte and I was surprise to see how fast it came out. The drink was pretty big for its size and I think sizes are comparable to Dunkin honestly. The coffee itself was pretty good too. There was only one or two baristas taking care of the entire hall but they knew what they were doing and got my drink ready very quickly. I was lucky though as a rush came in as soon as I got my drink and they seemed swamp. Overall -- it left a good impression on me and I'd definitely check out The Coffee Bean again if I were back in LA! Truly a bummer that they don't have it in ATL..

Horrible service. Told the counter lady that the restroom is out of paper towels and they put an out of order sign on the restroom. And they turned down a poor elderly woman in wheelchair who needed to use the restroom which was fine... other than it needed paper towels. Sad to see this behavior towards an elderly woman who was clearly a tourist.

I was in the Sunset Boulevard area and had to kill some time. It was definitely getting chilly on a Thursday night. It was around 6:30pm. This location is right on yhe corner. I have seen so many Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf around LA. Finally tried it. I ordered a small caramel latte with almond milk, whip cream and cinnamon. It was pretty good. The staff was very fun and friendly. We sat outside. Most of the tables needed to be wiped inside and outside, but we made the best of it. It seemed understaffed. I also noticed they have seasonal drinks with pumpkin, but mostly iced. I'm not into iced coffee or iced teas.Parking: It's limited parking spots.
