This might be the most unprofessional and rude establishment in all of Los Angeles. I must have ordered from this place over a dozen times, and the EXACT SAME order. For some reason, one time, an employee missed a part of my order and took my returning it so personally as to accuse me of “always doing this.” I understand this location gets a high volume of orders and maybe aren’t staffed properly. However, due to my frequent orders whether called in or Uber eats, there is a paper trail of what I order and it is always the same, but this location always seems to leave something out. Tonight (3/18/24) the same thing happened where they left something out, remind you EXACT SAME ORDER. I called them back after I picked it up to let them know that I was missing an item, not only did the assistant manager get on the phone and say that we “always do this all the time” but the Manager on Duty, Amira, says “ I’m sorry I’m coming off rude but as my assistant manager said, “there is nothing we can do.”” I live downstairs from this location and it was no inconvenience to me to return the item for the correct one. AMIRA is super unprofessional and so is the rest of the staff. This location needs to clean house asap.

Small disclaimer: I ordered delivery, and I know that can effect the quality of the food. That said, this place is very middle of the road in terms of quality. I had the original burger, a “brown butter” marshmallow treat, and the mac ‘n cheese.The Pros:The burger was seasoned well, not overly salty or under. The bun held up well in travel. The marshmallow treat was packaged in plastic so no difficulties with wax paper or anything like that. Everything seemed to have been made with quality ingredients.The Cons:The mac ‘n cheese was bland. No real seasoning, just melted cheese (note: not cheese sauce) and pasta. The marshmallow treat tasted worse than a store-bought rice crispy.Overall, this place is pretty run of the mill in terms of burgers. Behold, Easy Street, and Irv’s are all better.

my FAVORITE comfort food in LA--the mac daddy is spectacular and the tomato soup is the best out there. you have to get the grilled cheese croutons too! the workers are all so sweet and nice and the service is super quick. and the place is so cute--i love the lights and exposed brick! other faves: the impossible burger, garlic parmesan fries, caesar salad
