I hired Ronnie to help organize a lavish "Havana Nights" themed 40th birthday bash for my husband. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone for any type of event. He went above and beyond, created a beautiful backdrop and bar, dressed up to fit my theme and was excellent to communicate with. He was the bartender at the event and many guests at our party noticed how hard-working and dedicated he was and wanted his information afterwards. I would hire him again no questions asked!

The service was so slow and horrible and the meal came out incorrect. It took about 10 minutes for her to approach our table. IT WAS NOT busy and there were plenty of servers, so it wasn't as if her station was too large. She forgot our drink orders twice. We would have spent a lot more money on more drinks but it took 20 minutes between waiting, we just said for get it. Our taco trio was off. They had no tasting notes for our tequila flights for tasting. For the price, quality of the restaurant, the service was no way near close.

The food and service at Gracias Madre are amazing. Sara is a wonderful waitperson, and the tacos and flan were utterly delicious. My only comment would be about the music, it is 'way too loud, makes it hard to hear others at the table, and is the kind of music that someone who is about 25 years old would like but those of us who are older find annoying. Some quiet Mexican music, like boleros or Trio Los Panchos, would be far superior and more appropriate.

We had the best experience ever at Gracias Madre! It never disappoints, but this time was extra special! The service is so wonderful, but they also managed the sudden rain downpour outside with such generosity, professionalism and care. The food was outstanding as always! I can't recommend this place enough!

The server was not attentive. He came to check on our needs about 2 times during the hour and a half we were there. The people sitting next to us where sitting at their table for a long period of time, before he checked on them. They mentioned this to us as well.

The food is very average. You'll pay $25 for a bowl full of black beans and corn. The service was also leaving us to hope for the best. The hostess who walked us to the table was so unfriendly.

I found the ambience (esp the outdoor patio area) absolutely entrancing. The service was great, the food was also very good. My one suggestion is that some spicy condiments be offered. As a Mexican food lover, I found the spice level to be very safe-n-sane. Otherwise amazing.

My husband and I had an AMAZING time! Our server was fantastic and on the ball. The only thing that stood out as odd was the bartenders. We weren't sure if the bar was still open as they seemed to huddle together and avoid contact. Once what seemed to be the bar lead or manager popped into the bar area, we were then attended to. She was very polite and one of the other bartenders finally followed. That's really my only note for this place. The bartenders were in avoidance mode, with side eye glances and lacked the welcome to our establishment vibe. It's almost as though they were scared of the guests and over them at the same time. Not welcoming at all. I can't imagine they get tipped well with the attitude. This wasn't the first time i've seen this here. Other than that, we LOVED this place! We'll be back, but we'll definitely avoid the bar.

Gracias Madre is one of the top high-end places for vegans and we've been there many times over the years. Food, service, and atmosphere are always outstanding and there are often new things on the menu. Highly recommended.

The Nachos and the Gorditas were absolutely incredible, not to mention the cocktails were top notch - especially if you're into Mezcal! Also, if you've seen the pictures of the place, it looks even better in person, highly recommend!

My husband and I were celebrating our Valentine's Day anniversary at Gracias Madre. It was our third time here and once again everything was wonderful - staff and food. There are so many amazing choices on the menu and everything we have ordered is delicious. As an added bonus our table was between two lovely couples (plus baby) and it added to a great celebration.
We had a great experience and our server Alexa was outstanding. Food was top notch and the flights of tequila were very good. Alexa suggested the Ocho brand and we really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a superb dining experience.
