We had three apps, 2 entrees, 2 sides, desert, and cocktails + wine and the only positive memory of the food was the wagyu skewers. Our server was great and the environment is great but being that this is a restaurant first and not a cocktail bar that serves food - it’s disappointing to say the least.

I was told by a friend that this spot was a chill place with excellent food and multiple bars. The architecture, table placement and overall setup is spectacular. If you’re a walk in, just stay at the bar till your table is ready, but might take a bit.I started off with the Crispy sesame shrimp(solid starter), Wagyu yakitori(excellent meat on a stick option). For my entree I got the Branzino(excellent flavor and cooked to perfection), Truffle fries(solid option and it was so good I ordered it twice), & finally the Blueberry Crostata with vanilla ice cream(overall awesome dessert.I’d definitely come back here. It’s a nice date spot or hang out at the bar. Customer service was on point & to get the best experience, get a reservation.***update***Tried their lobster risotto me it was amazing. Great lobster pieces and the rice was cooked perfectly.

The atmosphere, ambiance, food and service are impeccable. If you want a luxorious, chill and quintessiential LA dinner, come to Ysabel. The food is delicious, we started with the Whipped Feta, a creamy, nutty dream complete with crispy bread to dip. For cocktails we got the popular must have, Cherry cocktail and tart Orchid cocktail. (Cherry is preferred) For our entries we got the Austrailian Lamp chops that were well cooked but we did expect more flavor. The side of truffle fries and broccolini made up for it. We were served by Dylan who was a wonderful server, very punctual and attentive. All and all, highly recommend, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a night out here.

It is one of my favorite dining spots in LA. Good food, drinks and vibes! The Cactus drink is definitely worth ordering. Mushroom risotto and Hand-cut Rigatoni with chicken are absolutely delicious! Will not recommend a tuna tartar.. too much of a crisp and almost no tuna. Dog friendly for outdoor seating.

Everyone has their own biases. Mine is having a deep appreciation for restaurants whose full kitchen stays open later than most of their peers on any given night. It's with that in mind that Ysabel hold a special place in my heart.Having grabbed a seat at the bar at 10:30pm on a Wednesday, you can imagine the sheer joy at being able to choose from the full menu. I went with the The shrimp and salmon and neither disappointed.Did I mention that Ysabel is beautiful. With an array of indoor and outdoor dining experiences, Ysabel has the flexibility to be ideal for anything from social to professional.

Ysabel has always been a great scene to grab drinks, apps, and meet with friends. I finally went here for dinner after years and got the watermelon mocktail, whipped feta, wild mushroom risotto, and pan roasted salmon. All of the food was great, but the risotto could have used something more. It lacked something & wasn’t flavorful. The whipped feta was my favorite item we ordered. Otherwise the ambiance and service was great. Would definitely be back for drinks, but will pass on dinner.

The manager of this restaurant ( a short guys with dark hair) is horrible. I came with a 3 month old for the brunch and asked the staff where could I change her diaper. The staff referred me to the manager who said that I had to change her outside in a back patio that there was no one on top of a table (a table where people eat when the restaurant is full). It was very cold and the baby got cold. I begged him if there was any place indoors where I could do it and he said no. Honestly, I’m not giving my money to a place in which the manager has this ethic. I used to love this place but Ill Never come back again.Kid-friendliness: They discriminate you if you bring babies / kids. Don’t do it. There isnt even a place to change diapers.

My wife and I dined here recently and had an extremely unpleasant experience. Not only did we both get sick after eating here, but when we spoke to the manager about it, he promised us credit that we never received. Additionally, there was a strong smell of sewage due to a plumbing issue, which completely ruined our appetite. The lack of concern for hygiene and customer satisfaction is unacceptable. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.
