Zero stars. These bagels are half the size of regular western bagels. It came hardly toasted, with almost no toppings despite it being an everything bagel, extremely overpriced.Never coming back

I miss Western bagel when they had their own space, now they share it in a very robotic ghost kitchen type thing that is very confusing! Nonetheless, the bagels are still my favorite and the egg a la bagel is the way to go. Wish I could get the Kona coffee they used to make though.

The customer service was great but the food was very misleading. I paid for a lox bagel with onions, lettuce, lox spread and salmon and all I got was an uncooked bagel and spread. Also, I ordered a Florida orange juice and I got a cheap generic brand half the size that cost me five dollars.

Sorry but this is due to the location and the dystopian BS that is trying to get bagels before 10am here.I'm not against walk up counters but the inability to enter into a bagel shop, see the food, pick out what you want based on what they have in front of you is the tenet of any neighborhood bagel shop. It goes against the fundamentals of all other Western locations I go to also.Not only that, you have to walk down a rancid, piss smelling alley to get to the kiosk. The smell and dinginess of the alley will turn off your morning appetite in a hurry.The experience here is closer to a drug deal experience in a shadow alley than it is to walking into a comforting place to order breakfast from.

Add the garlic herb cream cheese! 10/10. Solid bagel, could have been a little softer and bigger but overall a bomb breakfast

Ordered two bagels with cream cheese and hash browns. I am not exaggerating. Theses were quite literally the worst bagels I have ever had in my life and the hashbrowns were completely undercooked. My wife and I spit them out and ordered from somewhere else. My god. How do you mess up a bagel so bad.

Western Bagel at the Colony customer service and attitude were incredible. The bagels on the other hand a gross disappointment compared to the Western bagels in the valley, which, are much fresher. And… $6 per bagel is absolutely absurd!
Super rude guy. Came to pic up western bagels order waited 15 min asked him can he please ask them how long more because of it’s another 15 then I’ll just cancel plus there is no parking I was risking at getting a ticket on which he answered that is not my problem

Made the trek from the South Bay to Santa Monica to get my old fav, Western Bagel. Disappointed the store is gone and now part of some kind of Door Dash operation called the Colony shared with several other restaurants. Give me a break. Small depressing room, no bagels on display, menu is a computer screen, zero atmosphere. So sad. I imagine they will not last long is this incarnation. I will need to head out to Van Nuys to get a real Western Bagel experience again.
