I m weekly customer arden area .. first time went to west sac Chando taco … cold , saggy food.. veggie burrito with only minimal cooked bell peppers and onions. Tasteless food .We got two combo but no chips or dip.. I never go again.. so sorry but had to dumped food .

I really enjoyed this spot. I tried one of everything while visiting the area for a work trip. Hard to pick a favorite but I’d say the Carne asada tacos. The ordering process was super easy and the service was great.

I've been here 5 times. The people behind the counter aren't real friendly, but the food is decent. Today was the last day for me. The kid working behind the counter was very unpleasant. He acted like cooking my food was a hassle. The bag he put the food in is covered in grease and cilantro leaves.

This place was given a really good recommendation. I was a bit disappointed in how soggy the burrito was. Literally falling apart at the bottom and leaking, had the eat the second half with a fork as it dropped everywhere. The flavor was great but probably wouldn't get the same thing as it wasn't fun rushing to eat something that was self destructing. Make sure to eat it fast because waiting a few minutes ruins the food.
Very expensive. Serving size does not match cost. Taste is also very average. The tacos I had were like eating onion/cilantro tacos with a little meat for garnish. Would you pay $15 for a burrito that is not very big, and has as much lettuce inside of it as it does meat? And then be served your smallish burrito by people that behave very unfriendly? I won't again.

Changed to self ordering from a screen that doesn't translate the ingredients so unless you know that asada is grilled beef then trying to decide what you want in your taco becomes a challenge. Just need to provide a little more info on the screen, guys. Prices have gone up again.
The food is good. The service suck. Workers look like they want to work and want my business. Take to long on the food. When ready to order they ignore you. You stand there and staff walk all around you without acknowledgement. They service need lots of work.

I ordered the mini torta of adobada because I had had it months before but this time it was a bit salty. My husband ordered the 3 taco combo but when we got our order there were no rice and beans . I asked and the guy said that the chips and salsa made it a combo. The blue corn chips were stale. The person who took my order was friendly, but the cook behind the counter wasn’t. The first time I had ever gone. I had a great experience, but the second time not so much and I probably won’t go back.
