I recently had an unfortunate experience ordering food through DoorDash from Kebab Corner. My order was incorrectly fulfilled, and when I reached out for assistance, the response was far from satisfactory. Despite claims from the store that they attempted to contact me regarding an issue with my original order, I received no such communication. Consequently, without my consent or any prior notification, my order was substituted with something entirely different.Upon addressing this issue with both DoorDash and the store, I was offered a nominal refund of $1, which does not nearly compensate for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction experienced. This lack of meaningful resolution and disregard for customer satisfaction has left a sour taste.It’s disappointing to see a lack of accountability from both DoorDash and Kebab Corner. I had expected better customer service, transparency, and a more reasonable solution to the mistake. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly diminished my trust and likelihood of using DoorDash and patronizing Kebab Corner in the future. I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of customer service policies and practices to improve the experience for others.
