I only go here because it's close to my job. Always something wrong with my order quality wise. Blobs of grease. Way too greasy. Not fresh. Smh. They just need to close down. They act like they're food is the best and didn't do anything wrong I'd you bring the food back to show them.

I had a bad experience once before at this KFC AND ITS BEEN A LITTLE OBER 6 months so I thought I would try again today.Bad, bad, BAD DECISION!I ordered two things only and both things were a disaster.The chicken pot pie was dehydrated with no sauce inside. Then the apple pies had salt all over it! SALT! Really?No stars at all if they didn't force me to put one to post.

Just went to our only KFC in West Sacramento on Westacre Rd. Haven't been there for a long while because their service sucked. So today I decide to go there and order my usual, 4 crispy breasts and 2 large fries. I was told by the lady at the window that they had NO BREASTS AT ALL and it would take 30 to 45 minutes to make some fresh. By now I'm pissed! This is the same shit that happened before and why I stopped ordering food from this location. If the manager can't do her job, then fire her ass and hire somebody who is competent to do the job right. I wish this was the end of the story but it's not. Looked in my rearview mirror as I was leaving and saw my next-door neighbor behind me. I left the store and drove home. The neighbor arrived a short time later and had 2, 16 pc chicken meals WITH BREASTS! All this location does is tarnish the great reputation of West Sacramento, CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!! I'll save the part about the idiot in the drive thru window that speaks and understands very little English for another time.

Great food, not a long wait. Friendly atmosphere. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a lot of homeless people all around this location, miss drugs in plain sight! So my advice to those of you with children would be to just be careful! Once you're inside you're alright. Great customer service though!

Their restaurant is good, I liked the food and an Indian girl works here. I liked her very much. He helped me a lot, actually my phone was not charged and I asked at the counter to charge my phone, but he refused. Then the girl came and told me the slot for charging.

I hadn't been to KFC in a long time. So long in fact, I didn't know grilled chicken had been discontinued! Whaat!?? It was our go to. So I looked on the menu for a sandwich option. Not one that isn't fried. My order was messed up, and I did call about it. That's no so much my point. It is about quality. KFC needs to step up their game. Why not keep quality standards high? Of the two chicken breasts one was had only a couple of small bites of chicken on it. Literally the bone and coating were more than the meat. The second one was better but not as big as previously. The biscuits! Wow. Smaller, flatter. Crumbly, not appetizing and NOT the good biscuits I used to love. KFC is a legendary brand. With all the new chains and healthy food options popping up on a daily basis, wouldn't it make sense to keep your quality up when someone does choose you for their chicken meal? IMO too much "sauce" in the coleslaw makes for a messy attempt at . opening the lid and a lot left over and wasted in the bottom of the container. But Gladly still tasty. C'mon...KFC....step up your game. I want better for my $16.00 (3 pc and one extra biscuit and coleslaw. )Training needed for the order taker. I'm not complaining about this location.

Food wasn't ready by order pick up time and almost forgot to give me my drink also It was the driest chicken I have ever had at a KFC ever. It is rubbery dry and saps the moisture from my mouth making it harder to chew it. This is probably the worst sandwich I've had in a KFC would not recommend especially with the location having the drive-thru exit lead to a intersection junction that is rampant with collisions
