1 star only because I can't make it 0 stars. I get a coupon in the mail and both codes come up invalid when they say they expire 1/31/24? I end up ordering anyway and select curbside pickup, my order tracking says pizza ready. I drive there, park, and notify the store that I am there. I'm sitting in my car for 15 minutes thinking maybe they're understaffed or it's busy. There is one person in the store and 4 employees working while my order is just sitting there. Horrible customer service. If you want pizza just go somewhere else.

Extremely good pizza at a reasonable price. They have sandwiches, sides and dessert too. I got a regular pepperoni, cheesy bread and brownie. Everything was perfect and the staff was polite and friendly.Vegetarian options: The salads look amazing here and the cheese pizza is good as well. Plent of options for vegetarian diners.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible curb 20 ft from the entrance

I am very dissatisfied with the service that has been provided these last few times I have ordered from Marcos. We are a family who orders every Friday with them and the last 3 or 4 times they have gotten our order wrong. We always order extra sauces and pay for them, but they always seem to forget to bring them when delivering. Tonight, we ordered 4 extra sauces and of course, they didn’t bring them. I called the store and the manager told me that the driver would bring them out as soon as he could with free cheesy bread. After 2 hours of waiting, I called the store and the manager told me he sent the driver over an hour ago. I told him the driver never came. The manager did send his driver within 10 minutes of the call, but the cheesy bread was old and instead of making me a new one, he brought the one that had probably been sitting for the last two hours from when he was supposed to bring it the first time. We will definitely have to reconsider ordering again from here. Too many issues and I’m tired of wondering if my order will be correct the next time I order.

Marco's Pizza is no different than that of which you get in a high school cafeteria. The saying is ever so true when the say you get what you pay for!! I wanted to give them a try anyway but for those people that want to enjoy a quality pizza, you should stick with paying the extra few dollars!!! My favorite is Mountain Mikes. The comparison in quality and taste is laughable. Dominoes or Marco's? Same difference! Not a bad choice if you are strapped for cash and willing to compromise....I guess <shoulder shrug>. I won't be back that's for sure,

We purchased a 6.99 medium a couple of days earlier. So I returned hoping to get another one because the coupon was still advertised on the website. I was told by the nice young man that, that offer is valid at this location anymore because its a franchise. I see it as false advertisement. Great customer service, great pizza. I highly suggest sticking with the mailers for the city of West Sacramento. Maybe the website should state that it is not valid at all locations. This could easily take away business from them.Parking: There are lots of parking spots.may seem limited because they share it with others.

Ordered a steak sub for me and a cauliflower pizza for my wife. The bread for the sub was dried out (it was NOT toasted), and it fell apart. My wife enjoyed the pizza but was disappointed at the minimal selection of vegetable toppings - she would have liked green onions and artichoke hearts.The young man who took our order was great - professional yet personable, quite friendly.The atmosphere was slightly off-putting due to the music - it was a bit loud and contained profanity.Vegetarian options: Again, more variety in your veggie selection would be great.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't advise bringing children - the music is not kid friendly.
