If we were living in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, I still wouldn't touch it.Entire order for us was honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, Beijing beef, chowmein and fried rice.Honey shrimp and tso's chicken were completely flat in their flavor profile. Bland as can be. Beijing beef had the flavor of arctic mint gum and the texture of said gum if it were 1 week old stuck to the underside of a bench. Both the chowmein and fried rice tasted purely like coffee, I couldn't try eating it without a gag reflex response.Don't waste your time or money here(I threw away $26), get some real enjoyable Chinese food like Jade Fountain instead.

Ordered 3 dinner plates. One had honey walnut shrimp. And someone we were with is deathly allergic to nuts. The manager, Kul was serving our food. My boyfriend was asking her to place that in a separate bag because of allergies reasons. But she lifted her hand up to shut my bf up and told him that the cashier takes care of that. She placed all 3 dinner plates in one stack and that’s when I raised my voice. I spoke slowly and loudly so she understood. I don’t care if that’s the cashiers job. If someone is allergic, they need to take proper measures to insure they don’t have an allergic reaction. She just laughed in our face and walked away.We’ll be filing a complaint as well.

I drove all the way from Southport 12 minute drive .i ordered 3 item plate and a medium soda gave them a $20 bill. They gave me four bucks back I get home and it’s only a two item I immediately call no answer this is my Friday night dinner so I drive all the way back the whole time they’re not answering the phone I get there to drive-through. I explain to them what happened they want a receipt, I get zero apologies from them. Then manager comes and gives me the third degree after I just explained everything to the other girl and the manager made me explain it to her twice these people are rude. 3 x. I have to explain it They have no common sense they don’t value their customers wasted time if they would’ve just did their job the right the first time and not wasted my gas my time and my energy And be rude and not say sorry. Screw this place.

Update I ordered a three item I go home. There’s only two item I got charged for a three item. I drive all the way back over there 12 minute drive and they question me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I had to tell them three times what was missing, these people have Common sense the workers are trash. They never apologize. They act like I did something wrong. Why don’t you answer your phone I’ve been calling it the whole time I was driving back to the restaurant. This place is a joke. The management is a joke.Every time I come here at 9 o’clock 915 the crew inside there hiding they’re not answering the window. They allow the automated person to ask to take your order. They do this pretty much twice a week. Every time I come I get off at 9 PM and every time I come here there’s a problem. These people will make one plate stretch to two plates. They completely robbed me and my family a bunch of times towards the end the night trying to stretch meat and giving you a half of a plate I work 12 hours. I go home with a half of a plate and im starving still. The management is a joke the night crew is a complete joke. This management in this location should be ashamed of your selfs. You guys suck big time.

Went through the drive thru. They were out of the entree I wanted. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for them to cook it up. The drive thru attendant was very nice, as was the person who brought my food out!.

Location is super convenient to the office and during pandemic even availed of the 2020 Family Meal deal ($20 for 3 entrees, and 2 full sides). I even tried their short-lived 2022 "Beyond" plant-based Orange Chicken several times. Hungrier me would go for the 2-entree plate before, but cost-conscious and calorie-wise (macros) 2023-era me sticks to Panda Bowls (Teriyaki grilled chicken, 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 super greens). Broccoli Beef and String Bean Chicken are technically the least calories ("Wok Smart") but if the scoops of entrees are limited, I don't want to risk getting more ratio of veggies to actual meat. I don't have complaints about the portions, though a couple of times they did forget the teriyaki sauce or were out of super greens. If you create an account online, you can get Panda Points and Rewards. For example, the monthly "good fortune" reward I unlocked was "BUY 3 BOWLS, GET 1 BOWL FREE, Valid thru 11/20/23." I usually order ahead online on weekdays at lunchtime for in-store pickup, although the most recent was closer to 4:30 PM if that's a different shift/crew. This location does have a drive-thru (as does the one in North Natomas). Parking is a challenge as it's next to the other businesses Taco Tuesday, Manaao Thai, and Starbucks.
