Couldn't get access to the restaurant because the handicap ramp was blocked off by people training their dogs.

Beware, menu prices are not what is being charged. Menu has old prices but we were not advised of that, and were surprised when the bill came. We will not be back. Totally unacceptable.

This is a hidden gem - best drunken noodle in the vicinity, added to consistent, fresh, winning dishes all over the menu.Fried rice is a meal well worth pulling off the freeway for along with a ton of other choices.

Great experience and delicious. FYI, their spicy is actually spicy!? Outdoor seating was enjoyable as well.

Pookies is situated next to the little flowing brook at Westlake Watercourt. Very calming environment. It is our favorite Thai restaurant in Westlake Village- Agoura area. Food seems traditional & comforting. We especially enjoy different types of curries and noodle dishes. Staff members are friendly and attentive.

Really hit or miss, and expensive for that. The outdoor area is nice, but the service is really slow, even though there weren't a lot of people there. The chicken satay is good but a little oily. I ordered the spicy fried rice, and when it came out, it barely tasted like soy sauce. The shrimp were way overcooked and the most prominent part of the dish was these huge chunks of tomato. We let the server know it was regular fried rice and she took it back to fix it, but there was no difference and they couldn't un-cook the tough, dry shrimp. The nutty chicken was pretty good, though. I wish it hadn't been almost $100 for thst, though; I didn't even take the fried rice home because there was no saving it.

Food is amazing and the staff is so kind!! I would highly recommend if you are in the area. My favorite is the pineapple shrimp curry I crave it all the time!

Was craving Thai and decided to try this place. Location is in a interesting building, more like office buildings with restaurants. We ordered Pad Thai and Spicy Monsoon Noodles. The pad Thai was decent. Again the spicy monsoon noodles were not spicy at all and more on the sweet side. I waited for someone to help me but the entrance for over 7 mins before being acknowledged but the might be understaffed. Ambiance seems ok, a bit dark in my opinion. If the food was slightly better, I'd feel ok about the price. I probably won't be back. Unfortunate.

The service, food, and ambiance were all amazing. Every dish I had was delicious. The Westlake roll was refreshing and amazing. The apple mango salsa was a mix of flavors I'm glad I explored. So delicious. The service was wonderful and our waitress was hilarious. Definitely going back before heading back to Miami.

Came here after work for dinner with my girlfriend cus she had been here before. Thai food sounded good on this cloudy day. Menu was decent and similar to other Thai spots which I was cool with since I was familiar with some dishes. When we order, the only lady to seem to be working here didn't write the order and that always leaves me asking myself, what will they forget or mess up.She takes our order and we end up waiting a bit longer than normal for our food. The seafood soup comes first and it wasn't in the usual silver volcano container with fire coming out which wasn't a deal breaker for me but the taste of it was pretty bland, can barely taste the lemongrass, and the temperature was lukewarm. The waitress then brings us our main dishes and she ended up forgetting my girlfriends purple rice. We waited a while before I was able to flag her down after she went MIA and reminded her about it. To get an idea how long we waited for it the waitress even asked if we still wanted it or it was too late. The main dish was average too nothing to run home about.
