The experience had nothing to do with the barista- they are now having pts get coffee while doing drive up orders. They had one barista only!Impossible for him to do this plus in store orders.Poor planning on store’s part
Alex was GREAT! He was training two people at the same time and still had a great handle on making all the drinks and getting all the order out hot and on time. Definitely a hard worker and really made the whole thing an enjoyable experience
