First there are so many interesting flavors here that you will find yourself pondering which flavor/flavors to try. You will just have to come back because it's impossible to choose everything you like. Examples are Lemon cookie, Salted caramel, Elvis, Fig marscapone cookie butter. They are always bringing in different flavors to try so you can't get bored!

The atmosphere was lovely, and the display case at the beginning of the line was not overwhelming and portrayed all the goods in wonderful light. The service was surprisingly quick for the line to the door on a Saturday night, and the two workers were very kind and fast. We got two cookies, both delicious and melted in your mouth as we had warmed them. We also got a gelato with chocolate drink, although I didn't have much but the bite I did have was very enjoyable. The only thing I did not like was the iced latte I had ordered. It was INCREDIBLY bitter, and hard to stomach. Even adding creamer once we had gotten home did not change the bitterness of the flavor. It was difficult to drink the entire time. Would come back for the cookies and gelato; not for coffee. Overall was 20$. A bit pricey but well deserved.

Oh this place is a treat literally. They have a lot of selections for ice cream. They also have amazing cooked/baked items if you like cookies. The staff has always been outstanding. I recall one time in the Thousand Oaks Today that it was near closing time and the staff was very easy and let us relax and told us not to worry. That and everything else makes this a must go to treat destination

I hate writing negative reviews but I have to write this one after multiple visits where we had poor experiences. With the price we pay for gelato, coffee and desserts, in which you specialize, there is no reason for a customer to be unhappy on different occasions. We wanted to give you the opportunity to make up for one bad experience but this happened more than once so I have to wonder what is going wrong - poorly trained staff? Poor quality products? The cappuccino did not have any foam and tasted burnt, while the cookies tasted underdone and overly sweet. We had to throw away the coffee and desserts we bought on at least TWO occasions and ask ourselves WHY we spent so much money at this establishment. Needless to say, we won't be returning again!

The coolest place , with the nicest people!!! We came with our 2 kids, and we were greeted so nicely and the two young gentlemen were so welcomeing and patient with my two little ones!! The place is an amazing space for your kids to sit and hang . Honestly we didnt even planed on sitting in, but we sat and played cards and chat ! We LOVe ? this place and we will come back !!!

There were 3 people working the counter and none of them were able to serve the drinking chocolate or barista drinks. They said their barista would return in five minutes and waited close to 10 without the barista returning. I like this place a lot, but if you have multiple employees that can't serve half your menu that seems problematic. We weren't the only people who walked out tonight.

When I go tifa I always order Mocha. Best Mocha! I Had affogato to my friend this time. She loved it & amazed two scoop gelato with espresso. What a great deal

Found this little gellato shop in Westlake Village. I got the cherry chocolate chip small cup for $5.95, and it was delicious. Great service, too. Very clean and cute shop.
