The food mold quickly , I called them they said the food expire , I take the picture send for them and asked where the expiration day show on the dry foods they sold ? They said sorry we don't put on the container. The business not honest business, I bought on February 2024 but the receipt show 01-01-2000 .

Great selection of Lunar New Year dried fruit and other delicacies. It's always packed every time a holiday is around. The items they're sell are delicious but can get pricey. Some stuff over priced too much like lotus seeds. Customer service needs to be improvement.

Banh com and banh gai were $3 each. The ladies working there were nice and friendly. The banh com and gai were both fresh and delicious. My favorite place to go and buy from now.Free parking but can get very crowded in that shopping plaza.

Terrible workers and customer service. I recently went to this place to buy some products for a distant relative, but before I could complete my transaction the lady working there was quick to rush me out of her shop as if I was trying to steal from them. I finished paying and asked for my receipt, but she misplaced it. They had to recalculate for everything again, but this time, it came out to a different number. I went to grab something else, but the lady kept saying "we're done here, get out, get out". This was so incredibly rude of her because I'm trying to pay her more (supporting her business). Not only did she misplaced my receipt and miscalculated my initial transaction, she also tried to rush me out of her shop for the second time as if I was wasting her time. I will not come here again. Please do not come to this shop if you don't want to waste your money and time. There are so many better shops selling the same products as this one!
I haven't been here in person but I've ordered banh com from here various times. My cousin lives in LA and she suggested this location. She ordered it for my wedding in 2022. I gave out all to family and friends and I kept one for myself. It was so yummy! I liked it so much that when my brother got married I ordered more to give out to family. It was $7 per box. They even dropped them off at xe do (Vietnamese bus). My mom picked it up at a bus stop in San Jose and i think she paid $10 or $20 for that. Next time I'm in LA, I will check out this in person.

Got some mung bean wedding pastry (Bánh Cốm), Bánh Bía Sầu Riêng (Durian Pastry) and Bánh Đậu xanh( Mung Bean pastry). The Bánh Cốm was good but they must have to add a lot of preservatives because it's supposed to last for 10 days. They taste great made fresh and I was told they make it on Sunday so if you come on Monday then you most likely would get fresh ones. The Bánh Bía and Bánh Đạu xanh tasted old of rancid oil and very mushy and wet. Never , ever buy those here. Yuck! I have eaten ones made from a lady at their own house and they are amazing so these were such a disappointment. I thought I would try them since this shop is actually a famous shop in VN. They aren't living up to their reputation from VN. The lady working there and the man aren't very friendly or cordial either.

Now I know why this place has such a low rating. They were selling this black cake (banh gai) and it was so sweet that I could not even eat it. I called to say they should lessen the sugar but the girl who works there insisted that they cannot change it and that's how it is. She was standoffish and didn't care. I said i ate else where before but never nearly as sweet. She said they needed to be that sweet so that they can put enough preservatives in there to last longer. What preservatives?? i didnt know they would put preservatives in there. I guess their mentality is still backwards and has no concept of customer service and improvement. There is no way someone will buy it the 2nd time but she didnt care. Bad bad bad.
