Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I don't think I have been treated with such disrespect as a customer in my entire life. The old Asian guy was giving me hella attitude just because I asked for my food to go. He kept nodding and glaring at me like I did something wrong! After I calmly spoke up and said that you simply didn't ask me if I wanted to eat here and or to go and I would appreciate it if he simply wouldn't give me so much attitude and he started yelling at me saying that I'm never welcomed there and that I'm banned from that location. He started to say that he never wanted to see my face there ever again. I work in costumer service so I get it when people are having a rough day and that's why I kept calm the whole time but I have been going to Charley's for years and never has this happened. Something needs to be done about him. It's simply not right. He also refused to give me my receipt as well.

I can't believe how rude and disrespectful the owner is I'm not sure if he's just tired or pure miserable! My son couldn't make up his mind on what he wanted to eat I could understand how this could be annoying to some but he's a picky eater and is picky about the ingredients as well when I asked him about it he gave me the biggest attitude and then proceeded to say you want it or not! How rude! I was so shocked by his Deméter this man should not be working with the public! I'll take my business elsewhere!

Owner is super stingy!! I ordered the chicken strips with fries and it literally just came with just 10 fries! It was the actual owner that did my order. When I told him something he said that’s how it is but it’s not I always go to another location and it’s not like this. I was going to order a side of fries but he was really rude so I didn’t want to buy from him anymore.

I came here today and ordered a combo. Everything was ok until I got the soda. I ordered a Sprite and went to drink it, almost spit it out immediately. It was all carbo water no sprite at all. So I tell the Asian Cook bc the person at register was busy. He gave me a blank stare and acted like he couldn't hear me. I told him that the sprite was no good. So he goes to the back to check on it comes back and proceed to tell me that he checked and the sprite was all good and connected. He continued with his business I'm like ok so I just waited in line to tell the cashier. So when I was next, the cashier said to me, you ordered a sprite with I said yes but the sprite is not good it's all carbonated. He gave me the meanest blank stare they didn't believe me that the sprite was bad and they were not going to switch it out for me. I was dumbfounded as to what was happening because I'm trying to help them out and tell them their sprite doesn't taste good and they both (the Asian cook and Young Kid at the register) would not let me choose another drink. I told them I don't understand why you guys are getting attitude and upset with me. If you don't believe me, taste the drink yourself. So the Asian cook got irritated because they realized I was not going away, told me to take the lid off the kid grabbed my drink poured it out. I chose orange Fanta instead and then it overflows all over my cup the kid puts a lid on it and slid it to me just like that with soda dripping all over it. I asked, can I get some napkins please? This kid takes a wet towel from behind the counter cleaned up the soda that was spilled on the counter and Wipes it off puts the towel back behind the register and walks away. I'm still standing there in disbelief. He's not even going to give me a napkin or something to wipe this down with!!! So I asked again can I get a napkin please? He then points to the end of the counter for me to get napkins. So I carry this soda that dripping all over to go clean it off myself. This is just straight up rude customer service. All I was trying to do was help them out and tell them their soda is out and ALL THIS WAS THE OUTCOME!? Don't believe me check the cameras, there cameras everywhere now!!!!

The owner is rude and cheap! Paid $10 for just a sandwich but couldn't even ask for a to go box because he didn't like when another customer asked for it and gave her attitude. When I asked for a bag he told his employee to give me the smallest brown bag they have. Not coming here anymore that's for sure. The cashier was very sweet but again the owner sucks!

The owner at Westminster mall location is very rude and unpleasant. He should learn how to talk to customers. Never going back again.

Sign up and get $5 on the app. I got a $6.99 sandwich but it came out to $8.36. I think the menu prices aren't updated. So annoying when you think you're paying menu prices but end up paying inflated prices. The sandwich was just okay. I really miss Quiznos but I'm not if they're around anymore. 10x better then this place. Quality just isn't there. Especially for the price. I'm better off going to Subway and I get to pile on all the toppings. Bread sucks here too. I paid $3.36 for my sandwich but it was not worth that either. And wheres my receipt?! And the dude points to the cup asking me to donate to make a wish foundation when clearly that's his tip jar. I'd give a tip if I wasn't deceived by the menu prices. I threw in a quarter. ;/

Horrible customer service, the older "manager" is extremely rude and will toss around your food with no regard. Asking for anything, like napkins, will get you in trouble. Definitely WILL turn the other way if he's around..

Worst experience ever!!!! Steve employee super rude, I ask for my order to go and he just pull up a box put my sandwich inside like he was super mad.The other employee got super upset with me because I told him that he need to clean up his face because he was sweating a lot and the sweat was dripping on the prep table. He started arguing with me.

I’ve visited many Charley’s restaurants for several years yet the Charley’s in the Westminister Mall displays the worst customer service. They take no accountability for their mistakes in making a sandwich even though the customer was very specific when ordering. The order was correct on the screen and receipt. When the customer attempted to point out the error, the cook became confrontational, yelling at the customer and refused to remake the sandwich. Rather than work with the customer, the cook yelled at the customer and told him to take the sandwich as is. The cook blamed the customer and said, “it’s your fault for not reading.” However when the customer tried to get the cook to look at the screen, he refused to and continued behaving unprofessionally. The cook didn’t care that other customers were in line witnessing his foul behavior. One customer tried to calm the situation yet the cook then began to yell at her. This cook should be fired!!!! He is a poor representation of the company. He refused to reimburse the customer or remake the sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend any human being to visit the Westminster, CA location #00121. Extremely poor and distasteful customer service. Horrible way to treat customers.

The staff there are so rude. The gentleman at the counter asked me my order 3 times and then corrects me when I ask for large fries and he then said we only have one size. The way he said it was very condescending.
