This location is the best of all their locations. Chao long tasted a lot better, and so is the customer service. Their chao long used to cost $4.95 for a small. Now it's nearly $9!!

Place is in the back of phoHolic building. It's packed with people however line moving fast& their cashiers / servers are very pleasant . It's a typical sit down mixed with taking out but it's mainly aiming for food to go but they do have couple of tables if you want to sit there and eat. Place isn't fancy, typical what you will see in Vietnam or in traditional Asian eateries. They have many traditional typical Asian to go food that would be hard to find in other stores like be thui , variety of Asian style salads, dumplings ect... They're well known for their Vietnamese style organ's porridge or the organs by themselves. They do take cash or credit

The intestine porridge was like porridge, the liver was so disgusting, there has never been a dish that was so terrible and terrible, the three intestines had no flavor at all, all the sweetness had been boiled away, thinking about it made my spine chill. It's horrifying, so horrible.

This place is dirty as hell ...the congee was so watery that I couldn't see any rice in it being cooked . My first time and my last

This place used to be the place to go to when you want some lòng bò. I knew this peoples when they were selling stuffs from they house and I loved them but now the foods is not good anymore . my last visited was the worst experience ever. The costumer service was non to zero. The young cashiers was rube and very disrespectful, they were speaking to you like you were begging them for the foods. Never coming back there again

We love the chao long here. We always get it with gio chao quay. It's the best combo. When my husband is sick, he gets chicken porridge here too. If you call ahead of time, it will save you sometimes too.

I checked the Yelp before coming here the business hours said this place is open til 9 pm. They closed at 7 pm and the schedule said 9 pm. Change your hours on Yelp if you don't want a bad review.
Cho Tam Bien is a great place to go for a delicious and authentic Vietnamese meal. The service is excellent, and the food is fresh and flavorful. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in Westminster. When I first visited, I was not sure what to order. The staff was very patient and helpful in explaining the menu to me. They also made recommendations based on my dietary preferences.

The worst customer service ever. The young lady cashier is rude and always try to bush you out of the door as sooon as they take your money. Never come back!

This is a place that I grew up eating with my family and a staple for when I am visiting OC. I'm a big porridge fan so this is very comforting to me especially on days when I'm feeling under the weather or my stomach is not feeling too well. My typical go to order would be #2 chao long which includes intestines and sausages. For the first time, I will be trying it with a side of fried dough or what Chinese people call it (油條)because the kind employee recommended it to me. They also have to go foods that they placed on the side. My family likes to get the papaya with beef. I typically do not dine in at this restaurant, it is more of a fast food place for me as I am not here early in the morning (because the commute to here is kinda far). The ambiance is your typical Vietnamese restaurant and every time I'm here I pray that someone speaks English. (I am usually not the one who orders haha)

The food is ok here. A lot of selections to pick from. Prices are decent. I would come here mainly for porridge.

Every time I come, I get ripped off! Last time I paid for Cha Bong & Chao. Came home with only Chao. My son was sick so I totally forgot to look into my bag.
