ORDER mocha (top) + vanilla w/ mixed berries (bottom) this cake costed around $370. you basically pay for every little thing you add, so the price adds up VERY quickly. for nearly $400, there was nothing special about the cake. however, i liked that it wasn't too sweet. the red dye got everywhereee. gorgeous cake, but definitely on the pricier side. SERVICE you can place an order online through their website / email, however, we always go in store to order ahead of time. ive inquired online before and got responses fairly quickly, but it's always a lot easier to just go in person. AMBIANCE parking is pretty limited, but the store itself is spacious.

We've had their cakes when attending parties and they were always so tasty. We decided to purchase a cake for our Niece's birthday. We ordered a red velvet and it was sour. Very disappointed. We called and they basically told us to kick rocks. Apparently, it's supposed to be sour? Their cream cheese frosting has lemon in it? If you don't likes sour cakes, I'd skip this place.

Bad bad bad service!!!! I ordered a cake in advance 2 weeks paid in full. I asked for pickup time to be at 11am. Came there at 1130am, they said my cake wasn't ready and said to wait for another 20 mins. I told her I asked for pick up to be 11am she said she knows and shrugs her shoulders. Wtf.. never again. It's a simple purple cake with black dripping. Talking about prompt and being on time for a party . At least have to decency to call and say your backed up.

I called to order a birthday cake in the morning and conveniently picked it up just a few hours later. It was beautifully made with cute sugar flowers and butterfly design. The chocolate cake with cookies and cream was delicious and not too sweet. I will definitely order from here again!

I ordered a passion fruit & mango cake for my sister's birthday. I called in the day before and paid with a cc- the process was quick and easy. Picked up the cake the next day and the lady that helped me was friendly and professional. The cake was a big hit- everyone it! The cake was moist, tasty, and delicious! The cake was decorated with a fresh rose and very elegant! Definitely will come back to order cakes for upcoming occasions.

so what had happened was...it totally slipped my coworker and i's minds that it was our other coworker's birthday lol. so we promptly called final touch around 2pm on a thursday hoping they could make a cake that we could pick up the next day at 10am. they were sooo accommodating. we ended up ordering a vanilla sponge with mocha. the cake came out beautiful and tasted so good. it was not overly sweet at all.

Custom design is on point but the cake is too dry in my option. The filling and frosting are better than the cake itself. 3star for the cake being too dry.

So I emailed the bakery 2 weeks earlier to place my order and was told to call/text the number on their website. I called/texted and no response. Called again and was told they're busy and to text/call back which I did and still no response. Called the next day and was told AGAIN they're busy so they'll return my call. The shop finally called me the next day and took my order but didn't give me a confirmation or asked for my deposit. I asked if I could text the color/design of the cake I wanted so I did but no response. I knew something was off. I then drove down to the shop and placed the order AGAIN (it wasn't taken down the first time). Now she's telling me she cannot do any custom cake for me except maybe a plain cake but with the charge of an custom cake. Her excuse was that adding the cake toppings takes too much time and will be busy making other custom cakes also. I asked her to just add a little and I'll finish adding the rest of the toppings myself. She said she can but will charge me $15 for EACH topping on my cake!! SMH. The toppings were just small round balls (balloons). I mean it's a small single layer cake order! Which means I'll end up paying $200+ for a single layer cake! I've never heard such from other bakeries. This will be my first and last time ordering from them. The reason why I went ahead and placed the order on this plain cake is because there was no time to place an order somewhere else. It's frustrating for me as a customer and very unprofessional of their business. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone.

This was the first time I used Final Touch Bakery for one of my parties and boy did they deliver!! I brought in the cake idea I had that other "American" bakery was quoting me way more than the amount I ended up paying with Final Touch. I got so many compliments on how the cake looked and how it tasted! I will be surely using Final Touch again for my next birthday party for a custom cake!!

Final Touch Bakery is my ABSOLUTE favorite place to buy a cake for my loved ones. It's SO good that I bought a cake for my boyfriend's birthday AND another cake for my boyfriend's mom's birthday. Honestly, everybody I know that has tried this cake shop has only said positive things.Here's a quick bulletpoint of why I love Final Touch Bakery & what I order:- My favorite go-to flavor: vanilla cake with raspberry + passionfruit filling (the cake is soft/moist and the fruit filling is FRESH - unlike many other Asian bakeries)- Other good go-to flavors I've tried: matcha cake with raspberry + passionfruit filling, tiramisu cake (offered only during Christmas season) you can order - You can order one day in advance and still receive an aesthetic looking cake (I always ask for their basic beach design - you won't be disappointed!)- You can order a customized cake with a cool design/theme (ex: Star Wars, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spiderman, etc.), but it will take a week or longer for them to make so make sure to prepare and call way in advance!- Their cakes are TALLER than your average cake - it was double the size than I expected!- Number/numeric candles are $1 each - Staff is accommodating and friendly!This will forever be my go-to cake place - highly recommend ordering from this bakery if you're in Orange County :)

This place only taking orders in advance not like others place just walk in and walk out with a cake. The service were nice and this place to go when come to beautiful design cakes.
