I just bought some roast pork and roasted duck at this Hao Vi place yesterday 2/24/2024. Their food were very good as they advertised. The service was very nice and pleasant. Severs and cashier are very friendly and courteous. Definitely I will come back anytime when I am going to O.C.

They don't make enough food that people like. They run out of Peking duck by 12:00pm. Service is good. Ambiance is cool. Price is fair. Plenty of parking. No restroom for customers. Solid 3 star

Tiny hole in the wall, cash only. Was a little intimidating because they spoke very little English, and it was cash only and we were not expecting that so we were scrambling lol food was great though roasted pork was the best I've ever had.

I believe the ownership changed within the last year. I stopped going to this place because the quality or the chickens and ducks are now terrible and the BBQ pork is bland and tasteless. In addition the store looks much less cleaner then before which also reflects on the food.

I like how crunchy the skin is comparing to Lien Hoa. However, they don't season their pork so the meat are very bland. Only like the crunchy skin, not the meat x.x

Today, I got one roasted duck and 2lbs of pork belly. I asked for 2lbs ba chỉ, and the guy helped me correct me it called ba rọi not ba chỉ. He kept saying it's not ba chi. He kept saying ba chi, ba chi while cutting my food. I don't need someone to correct me multiple times like this. It's disrespectful to your customer. I'm paying for the food and service, and not paying to hear someone correct me is disrespectful.

Usually the heo quay here us very good but today it was rather disappointing. Portions were smaller, skin wasn't as crispy, and the meat was a bit dry. Hopefully it was just an off day!

I had better a another place rating a little higher than 3 stars. Taste way better.

Don't buy your roasted pig here. They don't cut it, and they laugh when you ask to cut it. Rude. Unprofessional. Owner says they don't care if they lose customers! Unbelievable. $259 for their smallest pig.
