I'm pretty sure they mischarged me on some items. When I checked the prices online, my total on the website was less than what they charged in person. Aside from that, the Thai salad was sooo good! The food was great overall and it had a good mix that was perfect for all the different cravings my family had

Went in the middle of the week, been wanting to try it out for a while. Chicken & shrimp pad Thai was excellent! I'd definitely recommend this spot. Great prices as well.

Ordered takeout on a Thursday night. We got the pad see ew, eggplant tofu, & papaya with salted crab. I loved the papaya, by far the best I've had in HB. The salted crab added this depth of flavor that I love. I think the pad see ew was good but could've been spicier. I would've loved more sauce on the tofu eggplant dish. The takeout portions were on the smaller side but quality was good. I would come back for their papaya salad and to try other dishes.

Lunch meeting at Jasmine Thai Cuisine today. My coworker had brought me take out from here and her lunch was delicious so I know I wanted the Pad See Ew. I added shrimp to mine and had to ask for it to go, since I knew I had to leave early.Food came out pretty fast, although each plate came out one at a time so I waited to dive into mine. Good thing I did because it needed time to cool off. Pretty sure each plate is made to order so it’s fresh and hot.They have a great lunch menu as well as a regular menu which has so many options to choose from.My coworkers had me try papaya salad. Wow! It was a crazy explosion of flavors that I cannot describe. I think she said there were little dried shrimps in it, too. Not really sure but it was delicious.Sodas are from a can, which I hate. I love a good fountain Diet Coke but oh well. It still hot the spot.4 stars because two times the forks given were dirty. Best to use chopsticks! Bathroom lock was broken and my boss walked in on me… mortified!Will go back but maybe just for take out. Or just make sure to pee before I head out and use chopsticks at all times.

I ordered papaya salad with salted crabs, garlic pepper spare ribs,jasmine calamari,beef pad see ew. The papaya salad is not authentic as I thought it would be. Pad see Ew not flavor or whatever so, the spare ribs is not even a ribs more like deep fried pork meat. It was kinda pricey for 4 items came out to be 50.90 and the portions size is not worth the price. Not recommended.

I had the yellow chicken curry & my bf had the green shrimp curry. The yellow great but the green was something new for us... delicious with a slow hitting heat. Our mango lemonades were the perfect tasty treat to wash everything down. We are coming back for the other dishes soon!

Ordered lunch on a Saturday family style and received items in Styrofoam containers with barely anything there. Ordered 7 items with one that looks like a small side order on a quarter size container, the Garlic and pepper pork spareribs which i was charge for $10.95! Ridiculous! None of the food items I ordered are at par...the deep fried whole fish w/ mango sauce is very dry and hard, that it looks like its been reheated or refried which btw cost $24.95. For that same price or less I could have went to a much better restaurant that serves it fresh. The prices on the items on their menu all went up by at least $4-$5 each. Really!? C'mon I know its been hard on everybody with covid, but this is taking advantage of the customers at its BEST! And don't be fooled with the menus on yelp its outdated 4 to 6 years ago its not the correct pricing anymore. If you're advertising your restaurant at least don't be shady about the prices, and if you're charging that much your food better speaks highly for itself. Very disappointing . Will not be coming back to order.

I would say I am a frequent customer, a local, and a lover thai food. So when I say it truly disappoints me to write this review I mean it with sincerity. I will not talk about the food, since I did not actually get any on my latest trip to Jasmine Thai Cuisine, Instead I will discuss the service experience I had this time round. I called the restaurant at 8:00pm to place an order for pickup, as I usually do, and all was going smoothly when at the end of the phone call I asked for hot sauce to be included in my order. Since I was not going to be the person picking up the food, I emphasized if i can have hot sauce and the lady did not acknowledged my request, so I asked again and the lady on the phone hung up. I calmly called back and asked to speak to another person (to ask for my sauce), believing that the language barrier might have been the reason for that. When I called back the same lady answered so I asked her 3 times (nicely) if i can speak to a different person, she responded by repeatedly asking me if i wanted to place an order, I then asked to speak to the manager (again still hoping to just explain the sauce miscommunication). The lady on the phone then informed me that she was in fact the manager and that she knows I'm the person who just called and placed the order. The Manager then passionately and loudly explained to me that she said goodbye before she hung up the phone (not my reason for calling) when I told her that I just wanted to make sure hot sauce gets added into my bag, she said I can ask when I get there. I was frustrated at this point and we argued, when she ended the phone call by yelling at me if I want the food or not (3x), so I hung up and wrote this review. From my previous experiences, I know they are sometimes forgetful about the hot sauce. I'm sad that I will not be returning, I wish the manager had handled that differently.
